wow dude , you need a lesson , you gonna hurt that wrist of yours. The bass is supposed to be played with your hand not wrist. And it needs a tune badly.

yah use your hand with fingers together being relatively flat for the bass note man. I just got back from senegal and that technique would not fly there.
