@Chronix74 The cannabis plant produces a chemical called tetrahydracannabolic acid, or THC-A. THC-A contains a THC molecule attached to a carboxyl (COOH) molecule and is not psychoactive. Usually this isn't a problem when the cannabis is smoked, as the heat from the burning part of the plant causes the carboxyl to decompose into water and carbon dioxide. However, when making a tincture (green dragon) the carboxyl group must be removed by heating the plant material, but not burning it.
@kdaviper My fault, i did not ask a clear question. I was asking you to explain how you would activate the THC by just ingesting the plant. As Far as I know. you MUST activate before the active ingredients can affect you. and from your explanation, activation consists of removing the COOH. therefore there couldn't be any plants that would affect you if you ingested them "untreated"

And usually, eating the plant straight up isn't a good way to get the effects as THC is a nonpolar molecule. This means you need a polar solvent (ethanol or some sort of lipid) in order for it do get absorbed into the blood stream in any significant amount.

This is a brilliant parody of anti-drug episodes. Obviously they couldn't try and be serious about it: you'd have to be stoned out of your goddamn gourd to write and produce a show about dinosaurs having jobs and wearing clothes.
Isn't it great how they use a plant to represent pot, but the bad effects are from other drugs? Alcohol gives you a hangover, not pot. That craving and drug seeking behavior is more like cocaine or opiates. I never understood why the anti-drug crowd does this. It undermines their message. Kids figure out how they've been lied to, and then they disregard the warnings against other drugs.
@MagnetsFucking you do realize its 50 -60% bio snorted right? and 40-50 sublingual. Not even mentioning you have to wait 30mins for it to dissolve...then an hour for it to hit. takes 2 min to snort, and 30 mins to hit. Youre just wasting the stuff.
