ok first of all wrong bedding pine bedding can get ur rat sick which in time it will die if not taken to a vet i learned that lesson the wrong way :( get any kind of carefresh bedding best kind. and that is a really small cage.. also seperate babys at 5 wks old or u will have more prego rats. ik what im talking about i currently have 19 pet rats cause i bought one preggo then after she had the babys another one got prego... long story lol hopin that one of my girls isnt prego now too..........
How many days pregnant was she in this and when did you move her into the nesting cage?
I'm just wondering because of of my rats is pregnant and I'm not too sure when is best to move her to another cage. I was thinking after 2 weeks or so.
how long was it before the male and female breed?

it's my pregnancy cage, its the only cage i could find that little baby rats couldn't fit themselves through. she is in a much bigger cage now.
