I am 55 and a Marine Corps Veteran 1970-1973.The other day i meet another Marine out of the blue(i live way up here in B.C. Canada now too) he noticed my Marine Corps cap. We where close to the same age and it amazed me even though this guy was a few years older he looked so much younger.War effects us all some really bad some just move on like it was a bad cold others never shake it and it doesn't matter how close to action they where. I guess what is good that is speaking out about it.
And they wonder why we come back all f@#$ed up. I had guys in my platoon that had 'problems' when they came back. The Marines way of saying thank you to them was to embarrass them in front of the company at every chance they got and then throw them out with an OTH discarge.
I'm not even really sure WHAT your comment is supposed to mean lietenantcolonel, but I AM an E-6..and You sir..are an idiot. Yes, we dropped bodies off at the morgue all the time, and YES, that is the way it is in Iraq..but why would you even know that?!. Fucking moron....stop wasting my time.
Drop casualties off at the morgue if nobody comes to claim it. Yuuup, that's just the way it was. Sorry, I just don't see you as making it all the way to E-6. You should have went all out and made yourself a 1st Lieutenant, or Captain. That way you could be creamed by federal law for impersonating a commissioned officer.
This sounds like something that happens before the town runs rampant with zombies. Then the protagonist find this diary and they see this video.. shit... timw to make a movie
God I fell sorry for these kids, Everybody knows these things do to NO fault of there own but its sad they have to have these memories associated with this shit.
At least when you opened the bag it didn't say "brains!!!!!!" I would have pissed myself. lol.
