Thanks, perfect timing! This is my second year of College in America, but I just transferred and now am living in a dorm!

I've never felt more like a freshman than I do know in a dorm, although i'm a sophomore haha.

Thanks for this video, im moving into halls on the 9th, and ive been trying to tell my dad who will help me move stuff in. To leave, reletively quickly. As i really want to start talking to other people.

Although the enrolling starts around the 16th (i think) so that will give me a week to settle in and learn some peoples names.

The halls look pretty good, as its 6 people to a kitchen, with a sort of common room for about 16.

I already have what I'm wearing planned and I'd planned on propping my door open and knocking on doors, but I'm so nervous about it, what kind of things do you say to people?

@TheSalmonShoes Yay that's where I'm at uni :D You'll love living in London, it's amazing!!! Well to be honest it's quite generic to start with, mostly saying your name and where you're from and what you're studying. And then conversation will flow and you'll instantly click with some people! Most of my best friends at uni are people I met in the first few days!

You could be one of those hall sitter people that are 2/3rd years living in the halls ? :)

@Twilight19922008 If they are strict about walls then cover your wardrobe and any furniture (: And also, get white tac rather than blu tac as it doesn't leave the same stain! I had a single bed but I took a double duvet, and there was already a single duvet there, so I had a double and a single all year :P But I'd recommend taking a double just coz it's comfier! Yeah I could have been a senior resident but I wanted to live with my friends off campus, I've got a friend who's doing it though!
