In KillZone you can actually feel the weigth of your equipment and while you are sprinting you can feel it is dodging on your back and all you want is to run. YES YOU CAN FEEL THE EQUIPMENT.
1.Grapchics aren't look alike a ToyBox. Much better enivorment.
2. Multiplayer is the best I ever seen, expect some COD and StarCraft 2.
3. Storyline. Killzone's story is much more complicated. Not like this: Go there and do this because somebody is turned it off. And defenda big ring in the space called HALO.
4. I played HALO 1 and I say KillZone 1 own it. Now I say KZ2 own Halo 3.
5. Moving. In HALO you are simply moving whit a gun in your hands.
notice killzone doesnt show any online here? i mean killzone 2 has probably the best multiplayer out NOW even though its a year old. I mean when you join you have small, large, medium maps and there is a huge amount of vertical gameplay (height differences and such). While at the same time even on the large maps, there is a sort of chaos that only that game can create. i mean youll be running for your life from a sentry gun, shooting an enemy trooper, and taking a base at the same time.
I think both are good in their own right. Killzone us hard scifi so there is a level of realism that surpasses halo, but halo is still good sci fi. I have only played the first halo. I didn't think it was bad, but Killzone 2 gets my vote because of the weapons, story, online, and hard sci fi look and feel.
Halo 3's graphics is what I hate, it makes everything look shiny and full of chrome and the explosions are basically giant sparks. Where's the smoke? KILLZONE 2. ALL THE WAY

Halo is better because: it has way better gamepay, killzone 2 is sluggish and the controls suck, halo is the second biggest game franchise, halo 3 is the most competitive game out right now, halo 3 has a better story, halo 3 has theatre, halo 3 has forge, you can play online split screen, it has a really good matchmaking system, it has the best community and its simply more fun
While KZ2 is superior in terms of technical aspects (graphics, physics, sound) that stuff is easily overlooked by the clunky controls and the boring multiplayer. If I want visuals I can just play Crysis. Halo, on the other hand, has highly repetitive gameplay and much better interaction. I'm not a fanboy in any way. I have barely played Halo (I just got like 1or 2 exp in it) and I played KZ2 for a week (unlocked all badges up to and including scout) then it got very boring.

both games have short storylines. but halo may have custom games, but killzone has multiple character classes. such as private, medic, engineer, tactician, assualt, saboteur, and scout. all are equal fun! but, if killzone had vehicles in multiplayer, it would kick down halo's door. but right now its pretty much even.

Halo is better because: it has way better gamepay, killzone 2 is sluggish and the controls suck, halo is the second biggest game franchise, halo 3 is the most competitive game out right now, halo 3 has a better story, halo 3 has theatre, halo 3 has forge, you can play online split screen, it has a really good matchmaking system, it has the best community and its simply more fun

While KZ2 is superior in terms of technical aspects (graphics, physics, sound) that stuff is easily overlooked by the clunky controls and the boring multiplayer. If I want visuals I can just play Crysis. Halo, on the other hand, has highly repetitive gameplay and much better interaction. I'm not a fanboy in any way. I have barely played Halo (I just got like 1or 2 exp in it) and I played KZ2 for a week (unlocked all badges up to and including scout) then it got very boring.

honestly, halo doesnt even compare to killzone2. killzone's graphics and physics are amazing, and the online multiplayer is not bad either, besides the movement of your character being a little loose, but it makes it look even more realistic, but halo looks like a stupid kid's alien game where they try to make the soldiers look cool with motocross helmets. @jozed03 If that is the case why is Halo 3 one of the most online played games in the world. Not to mention the fact that it has been the staple of competitive gaming for years. It's a great game because of it's mechanics and balance. Which matter far more than graphics or physics.
I admit Halo's campaign is more space marine stuff people don't usually want to hear about, but the multiplayer is why people buy the game, and why it has stayed so strong. That's the reason Killzone doesn't compare.

both games have short storylines. but halo may have custom games, but killzone has multiple character classes. such as private, medic, engineer, tactician, assualt, saboteur, and scout. all are equal fun! but, if killzone had vehicles in multiplayer, it would kick down halo's door. but right now its pretty much even.

I just think Halo is flat out funner, its has a brighter feel to it, the wepons are cool, and there is nothing like sticking some one with a plasma genade. Its not like I hate killzone, because that is a great game too. You realy cant even compair them because there to diffrent games. i agree. buy for example, i hate microsoft, i was a xbox 360 owner, but this suckers didn't make my guaranty valid after my 360 got the red ring light of death or whatever it's call, so i switch to ps3, and i love it, but Halo was my favorite game on xbox, and i have to say that, both games are awsome, if there would be a game with KILLZONE 2 Graphics, HALO 3 story, KZ2 physics, and a combination of both online gamplays, I would be fan.
