Best version I have seen on the web - taken from McTells cover, but reproduced very well indeed. One comment though..........slow it down a little, as the singing is not natural at the speed you play - although it does show off your guitar skills!
Hi, thanks for the positive comment. Just keep plugging away and practice every day (or at least as often as you can) and don't get downhearted if you hit a tough patch. I've been playing for over forty odd years, I'm still learning and at times still get exasperated when my fingers won't do what I want them to.
Thanks for the positive comment. I will have to stop recording my videos on Photo Booth on a macbook - I actually play right handed - but for some reason it doesn't transpose the image!
But just to confuse you even further - I am indeed left handed - I just play right handed. And yep, Ralph's the bees knees
I try playing this song too, but my version is not yet that advanced, but I shall keep working on it thanks to the inspiration from people like you - ah, and Ralph of course ;-)

Forgot: the record mentioned was published in 1981.

Sorry, and I hate to say, but this sure ain't the best version of "Hesitation Blues" by Ralph McTell.
I do not know where (which) label originally published it, but I have it on a HEP (Golden Label) HN 4151.
But as far as I can see: it's a Dutch Release.
Title: Ralph McTell - Streets of London
(What did you expect?)
Nice album.
Anyway, That version of "Hesitation Blues" is memorable.

I really like your interpretation of this one. You play so well in all your vids. I'm stunned they haven't brought in more visitors. Truly great.

Thanks very much for the great feedback and coming from a good picker like yourself - it's twice as nice
