  • The two classes may be seperated at some point in the future if the entry levels for each class make it viable. In the meantime, the mk1 cars are allowed to run lighter to compensate for their lower power. The mk3 MR2 is being introduced later in 2008.

  • The camera car was a Mk2 Turbo, of course it took the Mk1s in the straights.

  • The camera car was a normally aspirated mk2 MR2, not a turbo. It has a more powerful engine 2.0l engine than the 1.6l in the mk1s, but is also significantly heavier.

  • Nice work. Good to see a driver with some real talent behind the wheel. Just need to make ALL the gear changes perfect, and you'd have done it in 3 laps instead of four. 10/10

  • The car that the cam was in and the car that was leading most of the race appeared to have been MKII's
