This is one of the only songs that can bring me out of darkness. The richness of the reverberating guitar arpeggios and the pounding of the toms like the beating of a heart ... somehow the song speaks straight through whatever is clouding my mind. It centers me, and I can start my life again. I remember the time I saw them at the Friendship Festival in Fort Erie, ON, Summer 2003.  They started playing this song ... and it started to rain, almost right on cue.

I'll tell you the rolling stones were the main act at SARS fest while acdc was an opener...most of that crowd had no idea who acdc was when they got their but they were all huge fans when they left. Stones put everyone to sleep. Doors were similar they would just put everyone we could go back in time and have tea party open up. doors and Morrison were good for a yawn...its true...don't fight it.
