No its either a Surface Warfare or Submarine Warfare Badge. The Senior Officer Present at this commissioning was a Vice Admiral

I can't help but notice at 2:00 the senior officer I think thats a Captain...is that a SEAL warfare qual he's got?

no its not a seal pin, this was the commissioning of my old classmates. thats just our captains swo pin, seal pin is a bit bigger, but due to the poor quality of this clip you may get confused

Hey guys, I'm on the road to becoming an F-18 fighter pilot. I'm considering a few schools with NROTC, would anyone here recommend Maritime? I'm still in the research phase, thanks.

go for it. whether you want to be an f-18 pilot of a licensed commercial ships officer maritime would be a good place to go. either there or kins point
