Ursulas a purple-gray color and the eyeshadow on the top is supposed to be a true lime green not baby blue. Still very creative though i dont think its a fail.

If anyone wants to know how to get a waterproof purple skin tone you can try Mehron or Krylon, Aqua colors, which they sell at the Halloween/theater stores. They are water activated, and turn to a paint consistency. They are specifically made for face painting & are highly pigmented & at my Costume they only cost $6-$10.
