Thikone - that is Actually a Honda CBF250 - not a 500. The give away signs are the black pillion side grab rails, the single cylinder and its air cooled not water cooled. The seat is a CBF250 seat. The gas tank Cap is raised and not flush w/ the tank as it is on larger CC bikes. Plus it sounds like a CBF250. It's also the bike of choice of countless rider training schools.
