  • isn't some of this footage in the DVD that came with So It's Like that??

  • How do you get so good at that age!!! :O

  • Wow, amazing

  • He was about 13 yrs old then? Amazing.

Can't wait to see him in Pensacola on Dec. 1, 2010.

  • lol its like a fish just figuring out it can swim he has no idea whats to come, this dude is a beast.

  • Oh my, Oh my, I just am witnessing this. My boy is just unbelievable. Would some one please roll out the red carpet and pay him $1000.00 for the permission just to look upon the lad. No one, no one, no one, is better than this boy. To see him this young playing like this is just mind blowing. I cease to be amazed at his talent. Just when I thought I saw all of it through the rest of his videos, then someone posts more that blows us away. THANKS FOR POSTING THIS VIDEO. Joe is the man .

  • It amazes me how people think this is great. It is just noodlerama. No feel whatsoever. Take some lessons kid.

  • @jm6666 Maybe, but he has definitely turned into perhaps the best blues rock player in the world - do a search on "Thrill is Gone" and "Joe Bonamassa", and you will find an amazing version of Thrill is Gone that he covered. Its an amateur video taken in a small club, but its the best cover I have ever heard of that song, and I have been playing a long time.

  • @EJwannabe Sorry guy, I listened and he has gotten better but its the same old stuff that everybody plays. I have been playing for 25yrs and its a struggle to be original. Its just funny how many dime a dozen guitar players there are out there and Joe and myself are one. He just happen to be in the right place at the right time to be able to make a lot of money at it. But I would love to go head to head with him. He has licks but no real fire in his playing.

  • @jm6666 If that is really true, then you must be an amazing undiscovered player. Do you have any video's of your performances? I didn't see any on your channel. BTW, I am also a Robben Ford fan.

  • @EJwannabe Now your talking Robben Ford Is Tasty and creative.

  • @jm6666

obviously you're the dumbest piece of shit who's ever stepped foot on planet Earth...The GREAT Joe Bonamassa is THE best blues rock guitar player alive at the moment....so just be quiet and listen.

  • @infinityjet Obviously you have no clue how to debate but to throw names at me. What a young child you are. My comments were on this video mainly. I will say he can play much better in his later years but it's still the same old same old stuff (Yea... pentatonic Blues scales). And the fact that you state he is THE best alive is so ridiculous with all the known players out there.

  • @jm6666

what this man plays nowadays is more than simple blues licks...he turns each and every lick into something incredible. And guess what, you never hear the same lick twice because he's just that good.

  • @jm6666 seriously? did you just tell Joe Bonamassa to take lessons?

  • @jm6666

dude dont be so jealous ! :P

  • What a treat to see young Joe displaying his genius on a Telecaster. Thanks for sharing this peek at a future guitar superstar in blues-rock. Watch it twice just to comprehend.

  • BOY GENIUS. Joe is THE BEST. Thank you so much for this. :)) You were there - tell me how the crowd reacted to such a wondrous thing as Joe's talent....?? I should think that it would have been difficult to wrap your brain around that much of a gift...... literally unbelievable.

  • I have the whole concert on tape so watch for more in the future..

  • That will be fantastic!! Thank you.

  • thnx
