@TwoEpicPeople I was trying to film from the outside of the barbed gates to try to get the front, and someone that worked there drove up and liked my cat; so they let me in past the guard & gates and gave me a tour!! :D

@boutchyrule It's actually an old factory that they turned into a set that would resemble a school. I was also given a tour of the Instant Star set as well on the other side of the building, but I hadn't watched the show before that so I didn't record (lack of disc space too). Also Jude Harrison's House is at the far back of the outside part of the set where all the stores are set up like a huge wall, and its the only other place than the Dot that has an actual inside to it.. ;)

@EclareLover What I was told is that it used to be 'a factory many years ago that they turned into a set that would resemble a school'. The inside doesn't connect the way it looks like in the show; the insides of the houses connect through odd hallways to the gym, and the classrooms connect to certain parts of the set from Instant Star(which a LOT of is also in the same building).. its very confusing to get around in there actually!! :P But yep, its a set. A very BIG set. :)

@peacekazuki Wow! Thanks for the super cool comment!! I actually have a VERY special video in the works rite now that should be up at the end of next week at the latest if everything goes well.. ive been saying it for a while, but I should be getting my last shots on MOnday and the rest is just piecing together what Ive already done.. :) But as for the video, its in Toronto Canada.. cheers!! :D

@the06bug I filmed this back in spring 2008.. so its possible they were filming the season of the 2009 graduates then? Im not really sure.. but they were re-painting and fixing up the whole inside of the main set(the school) at the time as well.. :)

@R1C9C77 Meh, I actually liked the original Degrassi, tho I only got to see reruns later on since I was just a kid when they originally aired... but yeah DegrassiTNG is similar, just adjusted more to kids these days in a way I s'pose... laptops instead of big bulky box puters.. mp3players instead of walkmans.. etc.. etc.. as for Joey Jerimiah.. he's still there tho! He's a used car salesman I think?? :)

Thanks! And you're right; it was so amazing, i forgot to record half the time just because of how much awe i was in (also because the set was closed at the time; they were painting and fixing it up and whatnot. I wasn't really s'posed to be there.. I got REALLY lucky... :) ).

Thanks & no problem. :) Actually the coolest part was getting there & seeing this huge barbed fence surrounding the set, then as I was going to try to zoom as far as I could just to get the school name in front, someone who worked there drove up & started talking with me about Roodee. They were so sweet, & took me past the gate & guard & let me basically walk around with them & film whatever. The inside layout of the building is very big & confusing, but it was just SO so cool being in there! :D

I'm actually working on an intro rite now; I've been for a while.. still learning programs & whatnot.. that's something I'll need to do myself, Im sure you understand. *BUT* I'll use music samples or similar if it suits the video; I'm never using any music anymore unless I know its alrite with the artist - too many of my best videos got muted for that and are now no longer on youtube due to my frustrations with lack of sound making the video no longer make sense. DIY, I hear that!

My music isn't that good. I haven't played in a band in forever. We mostly did alot of Toxic Narcotic and Op Ivy covers. There's a recording of a song we did about how guys who just look at girls as "another on their list" are douchebags, but meh... my singing in it isn't so awesome.

BUT! i do know a whole gaggle of folk who need exposure and would like their music shared around. Want me to talk to them about it?

Definately!! Its kinda like what I mentioned above: I need ALL music tracks from now on to be either stuff that I have persmission from the artist/group(or someone in the group) or stupid stuff I can some up with on FL or something.. lol...I really suck at those kinda programs. :P But yes, I will use pretty much any music so long as it suits the vid, and so long as I can get a msg on youtube/myspace/facebook from the artist saying its cool to use it. :) Thanks again btw!! :D
