masterpiece prime is exactly the same, exept colour, and his gun is a brown megatron!(actually, takara made 2 versions of megatron, silver and brown, before hasbro took them and gave them a personality!)

Every says the same thing, its a total letdown how he's just a prime repaint. If they AT LEAST gave him a face and took away the face shield so he had a nose and mouth, a crapload more people would like to get one, but its just prime with a color change. Do they have a masterpiece trailer/armor for him yet?

Magnus was always a prime re paint in the toy line but i expected better for the masterpeice version, this just doesnt look like Ultra Magnus it just looks like Prime but without any colour.

The problem is he merged with his trailer for combat mode. Only towards the end of the comic series was it revealed THIS is the real Magnus. He was pretty much Prime's twin.

in the Dreamwave series Magnus and Prime were "brothers" but as far as i know Magnus without his armour has never been a character itself he has always merged with his Trailer in robot mode, unless im wrong as i havent read every single comic.

they should remake this toy like they did with mp-4. they should make a trailor, which transforms into the armor for him instead of a base. that would be really cool, mainly because of the size. could you imagine? these things are pretty big already, but with armor on it it would be huge!

@robotadventures Have you ever thought of giving the black ion blaster to MP-04 and the grey ion blaster to MP-02? If you watched the show, you would know that Optimus Prime had a black gun and Ultra Magnus had a changeable gun for both armor mode and regular mode.
