@Riujinzero No, my car never saw any use with the stock header on it. The catless nismo header went on at 9 miles on the odometer.

I know know however many others have seen some disintegration as low as 20k, but that came from almost constant abuse and high rpm deceleration.

I dont know what would make any other car more or less real. Maybe it would be, the less I would drive it, makes it more real? Cuz if I had a 69 Mach I Mustang, I would barely drive it. Id be worried some fuck like you would run into it.

My spec cost 12 grand its a 06. if I turbo it that will cost 4 grand for the kit. lets do breaks cause those are important thats a 1200 kit. suspension 1000 bucks, exhaust estimate 800 so we are up to around 18K for me to get a new mustang and restore it will cost at least 25g. it will not be driveable in the winter, it will cost a bunch to restore and insure and I will be riding the bus in the winter. Does that answer your question why i got a spec?

You can find them on ebay, look for angel ring gauges, make sure they are for 04-06, 02-03 wont fit.

As far as I know only mph, but they do have km/h on it, but it wouldnt be very accurate. You might have to message the seller and ask if they have them in km/h.

Just curious why you went with a centrifugal s/c over a turbo. Turbo is more efficient and makes the boost at a lower RPM and holds till redline instead of the max boost at like 5800 rpms. Just curious, not bashing.

Well, I did it for a few reasons. In no particular order, Ive always liked superchargers, and at the time I did this, there were only 9 other supercharged sentras in the country, and way many more turbocharged. I like the response it gave, no lag at all. I didnt have to tap the oil pan for an oil fee/return. Its easier to tune with the progressive boost it gives. I dont have to worry about it melting stuff like turbo manifolds do.

That would be the bypass valve to release the excess pressure from the supercharger when the throttle valve closes

how do u have it runing...its supposed to circulate the air back into the intake....never heard a s/c bypass sound like that before. i say this b/c my ride is s/c

It can either blow off to the atmosphere or recirculate, but in my setup, it would be difficult to recirculate it back into the intake due to the location of the valve and the intake being on different sides of the engine bay. That would be a lot of hose to run. But it works. The supercharger is centrifugal in case you were wondering.

Revolution Autoworks puts together the Procharger kit for the Spec V. For now, its just basic tuning with a wideband and an SAFC-II. In the near future will be a full standalone EMS.

Yes. On this system its called a bypass valve, but its exactly the same thing. It stays open above 3k rpm and below that the vacuum isnt strong enough to pull it open. Only on these centrifugal type superchargers do they have the bov. the other types dont.
