I think the point is that it always hits it's mark, where as the ambassador needs to wait to do it. I can't count how many engies I've killed at a range because I couldn't get close due to pyro's. Fire 6 quick shots into their buildings from out of range.

@Slicezorr Thats why you use Enforcer with Dead ringer. Dead ringers cloak is always instant. I like doing my 50 - 70s anytime i want without having to concentrate on aiming for the head while running, even possibly trying to aim for head while running away from angry soldier. The critical hit damage with ambassador is only 102 damage which means 2 shots to body with Enforcer from even semi-long range will do the same amount. Its deadly with 70dmg per shot from long shotgun range.

All revolvers have 100% Hitboxes (You can shoot literally two millimeters above their head and it'll miss(But sometimes if it seems like it missed and it still hits, it's because of lag)) and all revolvers have 90% accuracy. No revolver has different accuracy. There's 10% chance it will go just a bit outside of the very middle of your crosshair and at longer ranges it will go out of it more. Thats just basic logic.

@MysticRixel While it may be true that the first shot of Ambassador hits always the mark, you have to wait longer to shoot again because of its slower firing speed. You can just spam the M1 and shoot all the revolvers faster than it should, which results in greatly reduced accuracy. Enforcer and other Revolvers have 0.58s firing rate and 1.25s spread recovery and Ambassador has 0.696s firing rate and 0.95s spread recovery. So basically other revolvers gain accuracy "back" slower.

But I'd further recommend The Ambassador (mass crits) or even better a L'etranger.

L'etrangers give you extra cloak for every hit, so using the Dead Ringer can get more rapid and successful. Diamondbacks Guarantee a Crit for every sapped building, but remember, Ambassadors give Instacrits on Headshot.

Most people look at the looks or power too much. Sad. One could get really neat effects, even if there's less power.

They'll run up to you and start shooting right away. It feels great to backstab them, make them remember why they have that knife in the first place.

Me, I go with either the Diamondback or Enforcer. Diamondback for the Engineers that are never near their buildings, and the Enforcer for anytime else.

I suck at aiming unless my target is slow and I'm not moving, so the Ambassador's difficult for me to use....

But now it's "Can't aim? Doesn't matter! Just use the Enforcer and kill a pyro in two shots with this perfectly accurate weapon! Seriously! It's so good you don't even have to BACKSTAB anymore!"

You do have a point. That .5 seconds of extra time it takes to cloak doesn't really seem to do much. But I'm a Free to Play noob, so easy-to-use weapons seem to stick out for me regardless.

...Of course, the Medic Class seems to stick out for me, now that I have the Crusader's Crossbow/Amputator/Quick-Fix set. My aim's slowly getting better... But I still doubt I'll be a Spy. Leave it to the better players, right?

@drayoio Well obviously. Easy to use weapons are there for a reason, which are usually the default. But what I have noticed is there are also like, hard mode weapons for each class. For example, with the Demo, there's the loch n' load. With the spy, there's the eternal reward, etc.

The thing about enforcer is that it is simply BETTER than all other spy guns. That's the problem, and like you said, that .5 second cloak delay is... Not a drawback. At all.

@drayoio With the enforcer I think it needs to either make you more vulnerable to fire or bullets; Say 20%, or reduce the extra damage to +10% and make the cloaking time an extra 1.5 secs. Although that cloak for ammo idea is pretty interesting... But I don't know, it would need a lot of testing. I really like the idea though, kinda like a spy version of Widowmaker :o

So, all in all, The Enforcer would be a revolver with +10% damage, however it takes an extra 1.5 seconds to become fully invisible, and it requires the cloak meter to used as ammunition (I assume 5 or 6 shots from a full bar).

It'll give any Dead Ringer Enforcer users a run for their money, that's for sure.
