this was the commercial for the wynn hotel opening in 2005. The number 1-888-320-9966 is the direct line to room reservations. 702-770-7000 is the main number. I don't know if this is a real channel or not but I know the videos are the actuall videos made by wynn las vegas. I don't know if he's really on top for that but he's really on top for the encore commercial.
