Is it possible to make tons of money with the AH? Like how possible is 500-1000 Gold per day, and would that be tough?

Also, how long do i have to scan the AH until I can start really using it with Auctioneer - a week or 2?

@ChrisTeamProdigy Yeah its completely possible. Your best bet is to use the AH scanning in conjunction with a few good trade skills so your eggs are not all in one basket. I usually recommend a week of scanning. Just start small and work your way up!

@NinjaCampMovies Hmm - well I think I'm going to go JC, seems like some pretty simple profit - I dunno, I don't really want to have to farm hours a day just to make 500-1000g a day, so it seems like mining and stuff just isn't the best option.

@NinjaCampMovies Ye its really easy, im at lvl 30and i started useing AH about a weak ago, in about 2 days of having it i was making 200G a day, imake around the 400 mark at the min, u just have 2 be curfull wen using it untill u have scanned over around 2 3 weaks i will say.. but untill that time is up, and it fined a good itel for u 2 buy and sell, just chek the item on the normal scan and see what all the prices are.... sorry for spelling, good luck.

To reset just delete the addon and the auctioneer data folders in the WTF folder.

Make sure you scan often, it sounds like your price data may be off. If that doesnt work I might recommend going over the options again and making sure everything is correct.

Undercut is just when you have an auction for, say, 10g up. Then someone comes along and posts for 9g95s or closely under yours. They've undercut you, and their auction will sell first. Happens all the time, but you can do it too :)

what realm are you on anyways, cause my realm's ah fails. i was searching for a bow at lvl 35 and there was only 8 of them from lvl 1-80

Terenas, I think it's medium pop or something. AH normally has from like 14,000-17,000 items for my faction, which is outnumbered 3:1 from what I've heard.

yeah well never play on zangarmarsh, the auction house sucks to bad. i cant use the search thing because it might say that a gold priced item is worth 30, but thats only because some other idiot posted the same item for like 70g. ive never seen more then 10 items of the same thing, like wool cloth, there was like 5 stacks total

Hey man how do u get that automatic retrieve all mail inbox without opening every single one ur self

Just grab the addon "Postal". It gives you a collect all button and makes it wayyyyy easier. You still have to wait like 30 seconds every 50 email but it still saves a ton of time. You can also use /console reloadui to force it to refresh but it takes almost as long for my computer.

the scan button actually gives u info on everything while the fast forward actually skips some just to save time so i go for the scan but not fast forward just bcuz its worth it

There used to be a feature called "Bottom Feeder" that was part of Auctioneer. It worked well, and you could make some nice Gold preying on the stupidity of others. I don't know why the addon's author removed the feature. You may need to check their website. Do a Google search for "Auctioneer Addon"...it should be the first hit.
