  • can I also do this with my electric guitar?

  • @15381472 An electric guitar has the same kind of output as the uke that he is using so if you have an Electribe MX, yes you can do this with your electric guitar.

  • can i also do this with my guitar?

  • big up!

  • このCDあれば欲しいです。めっちゃいいです。

  • My Line Input not work :_(

  • @MrSidMan OK, I got my refund back on my warranty from GC when I bought mine used from them. I ended up gutting the whole thing apart (very risky!) but the turn around time and repair costs were well worth it. I found the problem and fixed it. NOW I'm trying to figure out how to route the In's effects.

  • I have one. since 2003..and at this moment still amazing!

  • Cut out everything before 2:19 and the video is good! Wish I could see more playing...

  • simpa

  • NICE

  • can you add delay?

  • @redhandrail He did.

  • nice lol dude ive had mine for a couple weeks and i did not know you could run thru it with the effects your rad and you totaly changed my music game thats word thanks for the great vid!

  • OH MY GOD I WANT AN ELECTRIC UKULELE

  • nice man, i sing in sometimes :P

  • I just love that "My dog has fleas" song... Play it another 100 times!!!!

  • Hi the uke is connect to audio in+comb??

  • u still owe us the answer :

can i connect the uke directly to the Electribe or is a Pre-Amp needed??

    pls,,tell

  • The electribe has vacuum tubes in it, so I doubt you need an extra amp.. tubes give you ALOT of power. It's the difference between a Line 6 and a MARSHALL.

  • @SeekerOfOrigin their pre amp tubes. which means they produce no power to power speakers. they do power the electribe its self. but its kind of a preamp kind of thing

  • question..how do you get the audio thru when you auio thru light is not burning?

    sound great btw

  • You have to use a synth part, and choose 'audio in + comb' as the oscillator. It will then use the input on that synth part, and you can use the synth filter on it, send the audio to the effects channel and so on :)

  • @RaikohNL I also wonder this. And can this be done on the ESX?

Thanks for the answer, and great vid and play ;)

  • Really nice my friend :).

  • well those drums sucked, but the uke sounded sooooo fucking badass. the tuning, or maybe it was what you were playing was great.

  • you're amazing

  • Hi,

can i connect the uke directly to the Electribe or is a Pre-Amp needed??

Is ist possible to lower the sound a few octaves?

  • u r a flippen multitalent. i'm very impressed.

  • Sweet! I love my Risa plugged into my multi effect pedal. Not Korg, but damn fun anyways.

    Too much fun!

  • WERE DID U GET THAT!!!

  • Nice idea combining the two.

  • Can you make a video using it with another instrument?

    Awesome, by the way.

  • That's rad

  • well of course not

but its still really cool :)

  • dude the older electribe models have an audio input like this new emx?

( my em-1 is on its way!)

  • no it cant record audio but esx can becuz its a sampler. but you can make audio in a part and play along.

  • can you record audio in at all?

  • haha thats awesome. i agree good idea to use it with an acoustix instrument. my accordion sounds interesting through it.

  • Sounds sooooo good T.T

  • precioso

  • lol? - nice playing dude, I like the Idea of using an Electribe and a "real" instrument - keep it up!

  • my thought exactly

  • Please Step By step.....

  • aww my head hurts w/ so much thing i lov but dont understan mm- for example .. making of techno :|:|

  • RISA Uke-Solid-Soprano goes off the hook!

I guess the EMX is cool too.

  • yeah essex is near london

  • Just one cuestion... can somebody tell me the diference between Korg Electribe EMX and the ESX??

  • Yep: EMX is a synth, ESX is a sampler.

  • very impressive - i always like it when people combine real playing with their grooveboxes - and with an electric ukulele of all things! im so impressed, i might get one myself (uku not electribe!)

  • i would have to agree with saleall

but i have to admit that the concluding tune was pretty catchy

  • ya right EXACTLY.

  • this looks fun!

  • where i can buy this guitar?

  • Beautiful chord changes at the end. The F#, and then C# (A major chord) are striking and beautiful against the otherwise minor tune.

  • F#? That's a Gmaj7, they aren't enharmonically equivalent... are they?

  • That's correct, the whole beginning part where he's tweaking could be Gmaj7. Or e mi 9. But at about 2:40 he starts strumming with an actual progression, and you'll hear a note F#, then C# (making A major in my opinion)... and those chords are real pleasant against the rest.

  • this video needs muzic.

  • Really nice my friend :).

  • I really like this, you should make another one. I especially like at 2:20 when you start jamming with the EMX-1 backing you.

  • how do u use the external effects on the inputs ?

  • you have to hold down one of the step keys while running it through a part, i use a piece of tape

  • makes more sense to trigger that note from the sequecner, also allowing to record motion on effects parameters for some sweet dynamics :)

  • Is cool man , i like it, But there are far more sounds possible with the effect unit, i owned a electribe sx, and had some sick sounds with the effect i really like these lo-fi effects. Maybe u make another one.
