  • I know just how you feel and what you're going thru but you just got to stick with it! i know everyone says that. Just remember losing one pound is just as spectacular and 50 pounds. You're doing better then before. And when you fall off the wagon just get up and get back on again. Just don't give up. I think i fall off every 3 or 4 days but i just kick my self in the butt and get back on, lol.

  • You are acknowledging the issue instead of isolating! Admission and accountability are great steps in this journey! YOU CAN DO THIS !! If you have support groups now is the time to use them!! Your friend is going to be looking up to you and this might be a big help for you as well! With any addiction,it takes hard work. Remember what they say ONE DAY AT A TIME. Good luck and believe in yourself... Thanks for keeping it real!!!! Melijean

  • A real story ! even if you have fallen off the wagon you realize you fell off & are ready to get back up ! i had lap band just wk ago. you are still an inspiration !! you are upfront & it is what it is.sometimes we just need a break from everything ! it took me over a yr of waiting to get it and now i cant beleive i have it ! You have done a great job..57 lbs.! thats life changing ! im so proud of you.its a lot of hard work even with the band! have a super great wk....sending lots of love.Sher

  • you look good. 57 pounds is amazing! I agree, i think your buddy who's heading to mexico this week will help with your motivation. you are on the right track and moving forward. . .slow and steady wins many races. best!

  • I bet you're right and having your friend have the surgery now will be a kick-start for you. YOu can be there for each other, what a great opportunity for both of you.

  • hey girl, nice to see you again. Don't worry about falling off the wagon, it happens. You'll get the motivation soon to get back on that horse. 57 lbs is absolutely awesome, so celebrate the success you've already acheived. :-)
