In some of my research, I've found cases where not just lawyers but judges are unaware that certain motions even exist.

While it's an extra expense, wouldn't it serve your interest more effectively to use a process server to serve your motions or notices?

I also agree that traffic infractions are civil. It's non criminal and the police officers are in violation of their constitutional oath of office due to the legislation they act on behalf of being superseded by constitutional law.

I did this same motion in federal court call Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26 (a)(1) Filed a Motion to Compel 20 days later the Federal judge held a hearing on the Motion to Compel and had me asked the attorney for all the documents that I requested for. The attorney stated he didnt have it and the Federal Judge made him settle with me a settlement conference is set for June 15. I beat them at there own game in Federal Court!!!
