btw, a camera tripod can be your friend for setting up next to you with the camera pointed down showing your mixes - I always bring my tripod and it works perfectly to just hold the camera and let it run on record all night.

I used to think the same about a weekly gig... before I was doing a weekly I thought that it was so hard to get into the scene, but once i got into it, the prestige wore off after a few months.. then when my partner left and it was just me DJing, it became really tiring at first, but now that i'm used to it I'm having fun with it...
