Your first question is a very fair one. White people is a term I don't like. So lets say the West. Does the West have a culture? Yes it values individualism, rights, freedom of speech and the separation of church and state. These are not universals. Islam is theocratic and China is a racist authoritarian state. Multiculturalism is a social and educational theory that encourages knowledge of and respect for multiple cultural perspectives WITHIN a unified culture.
