  • Lol her family won't take her in. I wonder why?

Also Bowen homes? Guarantee theses niggas was cheering when Shawty Lo was filming his rap videos here. Hell they was probably shaking Dey asses in the videos. But notice how all the bling and bravado he parades around in the video he could not or did not have the cash to save the projects that he claims and has tattooed on his flesh

  • Hate that damn jailhouse speak. Trying to sound all edjumacated.

Dey is tryin to keep us as a peoples institutionalized. And we iz gotz to use our faculties to break forth from da shackles days binds us.

  • @kilobyte69 who is the vermin?

  • I love how people act like only minorities use or benefit from the welfare system.

  • Listen to the entitlement attitude of these vermin. "It's not theirs it's yours." If it's yours PAY FOR IT.

How about we starting asking the tax payers about their concerns? All I hear is complaining, "We're going to be homeless." Well get used to it because there are many others living in tents in cars who were supporting themselves and paying taxes so your lazy asses could live rent free.

  • @BergmannSurvival Not just anger and energize, but to keep them feeling helpless and dependent on the democratic party. There's a reason that over 90% of blacks vote democrat. It's because they are convinced they can't survive without them. The democrats take these poor people and do whatever they can to keep them poor, all the while telling them that it's not their fault. What do you know? They like it!!

  • intellectuals* lol I was so passionate and rushing

  • People always are quick to criticize and say what they would do, yet they probably couldnt last a DAY in the shoes of a black, poor person who still is resilient enough to make a way, somehow. We all dont have access to white privilege, two parent/two income homes, and the tools most deem as vital for "survival" in a world shaped by white supremacy, consciously and mostly subconsciously. READ A BOOK, FROM AFRO-CENTRIC INTELLECTS, THEN COME HOLLA AT ME! Peace

  • @LyricSundiata I'm white and I didn't have access to "white privilege"! I grew up dirt poor. I got evicted from my first home because I couldn't pay the rent. I decided to do something about it, and I did. Don't pretend that racial disparity is caused by racial reasons. It is caused by people like you telling blacks that it's not their fault. If you assign them no responsibility for their lives, they will take no responsibility for making their lives better, you poverty pimp.

  • @LyricSundiata

Wait, so "white privilege" is responsible for blacks having kids out of wedlock and lazy fathers not sticking around to raise their children? Also not all whites lived in the lap of luxury, the Irish/Italian immigrants were treated like absolute shit but you don't hear them whining about it today. There is so much assistance out there for blacks these days: welfare, affirmative action, school scholorships, rent free housing, etc. that there simply isn't an exscuse anymore.

  • @bbstingray

that is a very good point.

  • @ClutchFan1971

You are so damned right!!!!! The government USES these people by turning their bad choices against them and keeping a bureaucracy established in order to "help" them. Not only that, but these folks need to understand, you are in PUBLIC housing, meaning you're at the mercy of the beauracrary. You OWN nothing. You HAVE no RIGHTS!!!

  • The reason why we are so dumb and lazy is by design. These places are not called PROJECTS for no reason. Our original black people who were living on these lands b4 the white people came in and made a project out of us. Back when these developments were being built. We own the homes and the lands. Then the came in a told us that they were taking us out of the slums. and in return stole the land from us and named it housing authority. This shit happened during the time of FDR presidency.

  • I wonder why you only see blacks looking for section 8 handouts, rioting, screaming about injustice, marching and protesting. There are LOTS of other races in this country and alot take advantage government assistance but the vast majority just seem to be black. Asians were brought here as slaves but you NEVER hear them blame anything on slavery. Why cant blacks move on?

  • @bbstingray well whats unique about the unfortunate experience of over 300 years of slavery, is that it is exclusive to African Americans. . .until you read, are informed and maybe converse with an elder then it I highly doubt you can understand, fathom, etc the affects and aftermath of families being split up, an entire people being taught to hate themselves, etc. So I find it highly insensitive and ignorant for you to make such a comment. What may appear to be senseless ranting is an outcry!

  • Yes, I'm African American and yes I lived in public housing as a child. Our section 8 housing was converted to private housing, hence all tenants we're forced to move into private housing at market rent rates--Yes, we were forced to pursue private housing and rightfully so. --Slaves are wards of the slave owner and section 8 induces psycholigical slavery and makes you think you need the government to support you. Government did its due diligence!! Invest in yourselves!! 26 w/5 kids?? WTF

  • Public housing was not created as a permanent form of housing but as a TRANSITIONAL housing assistance program while pursuing education, employment, and other opportunities. The US government ackowledged racial injustice across the social and econimic spectrum, hence public social programs. African Americans born after 1965 have no excuse; ample oppotunities exist for individual advancement in public and private settings.

  • You have grand children in the projects? Come on

  • 6 & 5 kids!!! Black people you should be ashamed. Stop using your kids as a tool to generate money from the government. Government assistance should only be used for those who have no ability to care for themselves. Many of these sisters are young. Go to school and stop having babies until you can support them and yourself with your own money.

This is why I don't blame white people for the current state of Black folks. We did this to ourselves. Obama why should my taxes go to lazy people?

  • If they miss a certain amount of days, then they should taken off the program, food stamps should be cancelled, public assistance cancelled. Every person over 18 yrs old should be in school.

  • I think some of the requirements for public housing should be "temporary public housing", in which every adult in the home should automatically get good quality childcare, while the parents go to school full time for a 4 yr ba degree and one year to make the transition, get used to working and then get off the program. That would help most of the people on the program. If they don't get into school within 90 days or the next semester, whichever comes first, or if they miss a certain amount

  • @ttdean

    that is a good idea

  • How about getting an education and a job and doing for yourself? What the communists in this country can't figure out is that not making people do for themselves makes them lazy and ignorant. Maybe that's what they want.

  • My heart goes out to all of you. Public housing was started as a depression-era effort for families who lost everything. It has turned into ghettos. Same with the Irish ghettos in NYC. You can't just throw people out, every voice on this tape is trying to improve their life, so I am writing my congressman to preserve vocational funds and increase transitional funds for the affected families. Some of us had more advantages in life, and it is our God-assigned duty to help the less fortunate.

  • I urge everying who reads this to volunteer at their local boys/girls club and try even 1 project with habitat for humanity. It will give you a glimpse into Jesus's work and instill into you a sense of fulfillment only volunteering and philanthropy can bring. Say a prayer for these people, we all know life on earth is difficult, we have to rise above pride and prejudice and help each other. See you at habitat!

  • i live in public ousing in tucson

it really sucks there hot small and ugly

  • this is in Atlanta

  • if you think this is bad public housing in cincinnati is so crooked the fed govemrment is letting them do this.
