the girl on the left needs to step in front of the podium and take control of her cross ex and learn how to cut the other debater off without looking rude otherwise good cross ex..im a debater myself!
That's certainly impressive, and I am not trying to slam her here...But even the best make mistakes--and now I am even more so surprised that this is the highest standard for debaters out there. Just sayin'.
Oh, wow. I am sorry but this whole debate is just generally kind of pathetic. THe girl in the white is kind preppy in her mannerisms, non-professional in her dress and her argumentation is kind of vague. The other girl could have easily kicked her butt if only she learned how to take better control of the cross x time and not let the other girl ramble on about how good her plan is.
Well, I don't know if you know this, but the girl in the white is Katryna Cadle.... she was the number one debater in the country, and got a full scholarship to Harvard. I'm not trying to invalidate your points, but I thought you should know.
Clearly you are unfamiliar with the judging pool at NFL Nationals.
Also, she's not really the #1 debater in the country, because NCFLs doesn't bring out as much high-level competition as NFLs or the ToC. In 2008/9 the distinction of best debate team probably belonged to either to Damien EH or Westminster JS, with an honorable mention to Bellarmine RV, but yes, she and Chris were one of the top teams in the country.
