I'm 6'1 160, 16 years old. I seriously don't think I've gotten stronger in the last 2 months or so. Maybe I'm not eating enough. I feel my routine is strong, but maybe it's not. I just now switched to a chest/biceps, triceps/back, legs/shoulders routine and I'm hoping for some gains. How many exercises do you reccommend per muscle group? For example if I was working chest, would bench press, incline, decline, and some flys all 3-4 sets be okay or is that not enough? I'm dying to get stronger
@TxStroke23 you sound like an ectomorph to me man. First you wanna take your body weight and multiply that by 20 and that is how many calories you need to take in a day or else you will not gain weight. second, you only need to do about 9 to 12 sets per workout. for example, on chest tri and shoulder day i do 3 sets of bench with a burnout as a 4th set, then i go to military press and do three sets, and then i do a tricep workout, right now that is skull crushers. and thats it.

@Athrun000 he said it works front of shoulder, but upper chest as well which is true....also he didn't say egg yolks are completely bad, just dont eat too many. even luii marco agrees with this, he was 12 whites and 2 yolks...
3:20 "form over quanitity". Some good advice there. If the weight is to big put it down. I've injured myself a few time trying to go to heavy. "Leave your ego at the door and eventually it will walk in with you." You need to make that into a Tshirt. Big J sounds like a cool dude btw.

IMO, that's just wayyy too much. Probably even overtraining it.
and he says ectos/mesmos/endos are all supposed to have the same nutrition.
