Fucker does perfect squats lmao. but he is right, I have been doing similar workouts, lifting weights, and running 3 miles a day (yes running not walking) and I have actually gained weight and lost fat (muscle weighs more than fat) my waist is much thinner, and my arms and leg's are rock solid. Its not easy, but it can be done. Go to the gym every other day, and continue this, eat veggies, avoid breads, (but dont cut them out completely) eat lean meats, and when your hungry try fruit.

But a key thing to remember, is to avoid ab workouts for a while as all you will be doing is building muscle underneath your fat, making your stomach look bigger. Run, and run your ass off, and work out long and hard on weights, both free weights and machines. The running will build endurance, and help you lose calories...

If you are not which is most then you will have to cut back fat foods. i would suggest this workout and 20 mins of jogging a day for 5 days a week. wait 2 to 3 months and you will thank me.. I find it's better to do 40mins-hour jogging three times a week giving the musles time to recover, on the days off concentrate on diff muscle groups, chest/back/triceps/biceps/legs etc.....maybe play some sport on one of the rest days.....it's way more fun than just training ;)

You need toning exercises aswell. I've lost about two and a half stone in the past six months and I still need to tone-up. Yes I have muscle obviously but you can barely see my stomach muscles because of the left over un-toned skin etc. Losing the weight is often not enough.
Dude You can do all that without a medicine ball thats more full proof. Anckle weights and wrist weights. this way you can re-adjust weights wether its cardio workouts or muscle workouts. These do all in one. Made me very trimmed.
