  • Hi.. I have a question.. I got the dremel 300 and I use the cape and grinding wheel 542 to cut a plank (soft wood), 1.2 cm.. But it´s a bit too small in the cutting deepth.. How is the speedclic wood cape wheel 544? Does that one cut deeper than the 542? I need the deeper cutting... Love the machine btw.. THanks for fast replay (sorry bad english)...

  • @blackops696 I just bought a dremel trio at Home Depot for $100

  • A dremel can produce a lot of dust which can be very hard on the lungs. Always, always use some sort of dust mask.

  • couldnt help but notice. When the bit should come loose. hmm. say that fast.

  • When changing tools you should always switch off the power tool at the socket!!!

  • Tyty. Drilling a glass vase. lol

  • You should unplug the tool when changing bits such as router bits. I got caught once with this tool - it's very easy to accidentally hit the switch.

  • Just got a brand new Dremel 200 at WalMart for $15. The store is clearing out a bunch of things and the Dremel was one of the bargains I could not resist.

  • i picked my dremel up for only $20 at a pawn shop great bargain if you you ask me?

  • Personally I would disconnect the power before changing router bits finger are soft.

  • i have that exact same dremil tool, a little tip while on the subject of dremils, NEVER cut plastic on high speed it will melt the plastic around the dremil and stop rotation. you can get it off, but its SO hard it will put your project on hold for 40mins at the least

  • I learned this the hard way! Good tip :-)
