Thanks Steve my daughter has bought me a dremel 8200 and the wife is getting me the dremel drill press work station for my birthday so now I'm checking out how to get good use from it on YouTube
Hi.. I have a question.. I got the dremel 300 and I use the cape and grinding wheel 542 to cut a plank (soft wood), 1.2 cm.. But it´s a bit too small in the cutting deepth.. How is the speedclic wood cape wheel 544? Does that one cut deeper than the 542? I need the deeper cutting... Love the machine btw.. THanks for fast replay (sorry bad english)...
i bought Yamato with 33k speed at max speed it sound like a continued whistle and cost just 9euro used it to cut million piece of steel lol and to clean my alluminium stuff :) and just got few days ago a DREMEL ... DREMEL>Yamato ! dreaml tools are stronger and u can do whatever u want with it i like it lol really addictive item.
How do you replace the sanding bits with new ones? I find it very hard when I try to squeeze the sanding bit onto the rubber head. Please help, thanks.
Just got a brand new Dremel 200 at WalMart for $15. The store is clearing out a bunch of things and the Dremel was one of the bargains I could not resist.
i have that exact same dremil tool, a little tip while on the subject of dremils, NEVER cut plastic on high speed it will melt the plastic around the dremil and stop rotation. you can get it off, but its SO hard it will put your project on hold for 40mins at the least
i got my demel today love it already

A dremel can produce a lot of dust which can be very hard on the lungs. Always, always use some sort of dust mask.

couldnt help but notice. When the bit should come loose. hmm. say that fast.

When changing tools you should always switch off the power tool at the socket!!!

You should unplug the tool when changing bits such as router bits. I got caught once with this tool - it's very easy to accidentally hit the switch.
