Cut out white bread, fast and processed foods, and drink only water, herbal teas and black coffee. (mostly water!) Second, cardio. Walk briskly, run, interval run a minimum of 30 minutes/day. @2010BeeQueen When you do ab exercises your ab muscles become more defined but if you have a layer of fat over them they still won’t show. The way to get your abs to show is to burn more calories than you take in, by making sure your nutrition is good (5 small healthy meals a day) and that you’re intensely exercising 30 mins or more 5 times a week. what is the number 1 thing to keep in mind is how to KEEP UP with the weight that you have lost.
Most people expect to lose weight quickly but end up gaining everything back.
The ONLY way to look good is to KEEP UP, by making time, your workout and eating clean (nothing fried, no salt, no sugar, very little bread and no cheese) at least 4 days a week.
Staying HEALTHY should be your goal and not just "looking good".

what people are failing at when their doing sit ups and so, they do sit ups and other things to remove their belly fat and have that six pack, BUT! they do not remove the fat by doing sit ups, you gotta do alot of cardio workouts to remove the fat, then you will see results :)

@2010BeeQueen A food journal and cardio. Drop your calories to 1,200 to 1,500 a day. Write down EVERYTHING you eat. Invest in an elliptical. You can burn 700 calories in under an hour! Doing that just five days a week will equal 1 lb of fat or 3,500 calories. Add in weight training to help burn calories long after. There is a trainer on Facebook I talk to all the time, Kristie Bellsaton. Look up The Belly Fit Club on there. She is supper nice (on HSN too) and will answer any questions. GL, Ane

@2010BeeQueen FIrst of all, we are what we eat. Eat lean sources of protien like fish, chicken and turkey. Eat lots of FRESH fruits and veggies; complex carbs such as sprouted grain bread. Cut out white bread, fast and processed foods, and drink only water, herbal teas and black coffee. (mostly water!) Second, cardio. Walk briskly, run, interval run a minimum of 30 minutes/day. Your body takes 20 minutes to START burning fat.. Be consistent and patient. It takes time. I hope this helps!

None of the exercises will give you six pack abs...they'll give you kickass abs covered with whatever fat you have on your stomach at the time. The only way to get a true six pack is by a low-fat diet with a proper exercise routine.

@2010BeeQueen When you do ab exercises your ab muscles become more defined but if you have a layer of fat over them they still won’t show. The way to get your abs to show is to burn more calories than you take in, by making sure your nutrition is good (5 small healthy meals a day) and that you’re intensely exercising 30 mins or more 5 times a week. I am glad to help you with any other questions you have and I also have free exercise videos on my youtube channel that will help you burn calories.

PEOPLE, lets get this straight,
what is the number 1 thing to keep in mind is how to KEEP UP with the weight that you have lost.
Most people expect to lose weight quickly but end up gaining everything back.
The ONLY way to look good is to KEEP UP, by making time, your workout and eating clean (nothing fried, no salt, no sugar, very little bread and no cheese) at least 4 days a week.
Staying HEALTHY should be your goal and not just "looking good".
