  • Good exercises, but these are my tips: On the bicycle crunch, I find it helpful to think more about bringing your shoulder to the opposite knee. If you focus on the elbow, most people end up cheating and only moving their arm, instead of using their abs. On the hip thrusts, it helps to flip your hands over, so you're not cheating by pushing off of the floor with your hands.

  • Britney used to have an amazing mid-section. She is naturally blessed with a smaller waist and flat stomach. And she is longer waisted.

    Women trying to get her look who don't have the above will not be able get that look, like the female in the video who is fit but has a broader mid-section. In fact if you're already broader in the waist then I would stay clear of a lot of abdominal work. It will just give you a thicker looking waist.

    I know I don't care what I look like when I workout as long as I get a kick ass workout in that helps me achieve what I want to achieve. Thanks to Sarah, I have more weapons in my arsenal for working out and have become better at working out and increasing my endurence.

  • @ElizabethRocks93 your straining your neck.. focus on using your stomac rather then your head and neck to bring your body up. Put your hands behind your neck rather than your head. Look up.

  • what people are failing at when their doing sit ups and so, they do sit ups and other things to remove their belly fat and have that six pack, BUT! they do not remove the fat by doing sit ups, you gotta do alot of cardio workouts to remove the fat, then you will see results :)

  • @2010BeeQueen A food journal and cardio. Drop your calories to 1,200 to 1,500 a day. Write down EVERYTHING you eat. Invest in an elliptical. You can burn 700 calories in under an hour! Doing that just five days a week will equal 1 lb of fat or 3,500 calories. Add in weight training to help burn calories long after.   • @2010BeeQueen FIrst of all, we are what we eat. Eat lean sources of protien like fish, chicken and turkey. Eat lots of FRESH fruits and veggies; complex carbs such as sprouted grain bread. Cut out white bread, fast and processed foods, and drink only water, herbal teas and black coffee. (mostly water!) Second, cardio. Walk briskly, run, interval run a minimum of 30 minutes/day. Your body takes 20 minutes to START burning fat.. Be consistent and patient. It takes time. I hope this helps!

  • @2010BeeQueen When you do ab exercises your ab muscles become more defined but if you have a layer of fat over them they still won’t show. The way to get your abs to show is to burn more calories than you take in, by making sure your nutrition is good (5 small healthy meals a day) and that you’re intensely exercising 30 mins or more 5 times a week.
