blow in the gas tank to get the carb filled up and feather the throttle while doing this so the engine gets gas inside and try to start it then

the stock titanium head pipe is fine you would be fine just to get a slip on and it can add like 20 percent over stock and even more if you have an intake but that requires rejetting to do so for now unoless you want both the slip on woud be a great first step to adding power. it adds power by being free plowing where as the stock exhaust is restrictive not allowing for max power or fuel economy

I recently blew up my 2000 125 and now i need a new cylander. Ive heard of a 144cc upgrade? Is this true and if you know where to order one that would be awesome! also do you know a site or store that sells rebuild kits for a yz125 for a decent price.

either your motor is seizing up or thats just a ton of compression and it dies quick

You either need to throw in lower valve lifter pads or you need to get a different exhaust cam with a 1.0mm decompression pin. Because either way, tight valves or too large of a decomp pin, you are letting out too much pressure on the compression stroke and it cant get a good explosion to turn over quick enough to keep turning over on its own. Thats why it needs the starter to keep turing it over to fire every now and then.

Leave a charger on at 10 amps to give a boost, use some thrust starting fluid, and use AMS 0w-40 if you can get for easy cranking. Sounds like you flooded it.

Ahh, you dont slap the throttle on a fresh rebuild and a cold engine. Hold it just above idle till it warms up.
