yes GunsNroses I noticed that you could climb up the crates on the right of the boat in the boat house too and just get past them all without them seeing you

U can dodge them. If u go to the right at the boat instead of the left. Then you can climb up and u'll follow a path where they cant see u.

@andrewjelen Yeh, wish I coulda found a way to stealth kill those guys, but it's impossible with both of them there.
