I found it rather sad that Richard (as in "Richard and Judy") felt he had to put emphasis on the fact that Mark Harris was not a stalker. How many men actually ARE stalkers? I appreciate the support that both R and J gave Mr. Harris, but aren't they actually helping propagate the myths about men that gave rise to corrupt family courts in the first place?

Some times makes you wonder if the courts are actively trying to break up families. where is the common sense. The rich do not like family bonds.

If only that were true. It's a nice hope but in reality you can slowly become a stranger to your kids. Thet lose interest in you over the passage of time and their love for you can die. I know this because it happened to me. My children are now strangers and nothing I can do will repair the relationship. The best I can hope for is that we will be friends. This is a DISGRACE!

What kind of country promotes corrupted laws upon divorcing parents? I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you got fined just for waving at your kids. Child support is a 50-50 deal. Your old country laws need to be reformed. You people keep getting screwed by your own law makers. Who elects these people for office anyway?? You need to uprise for injustices. Both my daughters & I really hope that with our naming & shaming of various divorce industry individuals and what they got up to in our book FAMILY COURT HELL, we have added weight to the call for the opening up of these insane and corrupt secret courts someday.

Mark I'm eagerly waiting for your book to arrive from the publishers, as I've followed your case over the years through Fathers groups, I no find myself in a similiar situation to you with perverse decision being made by the secret family court. Well done for getting your story out in the public domain, it really will help, interested to know if any attempt was made to stop you telling your story.

Hi Barty, Hope the Publishers (Penpress, Brighton) don't keep you waiting for your book too long! So many fathers have been through this crap, almost everyone seems to know someone whose been through it, that's if they have n't been involved themselves. To be honest, I thought someone by now might have tried to stop publication, but if they did it would only add to the publicity so I think they just hope it burns itself out. I have it in mind if they did though to republish outside the UK.

I ordered your book on 2nd July, just called WH Smith now and it's finally arrived so off to get it. I'm minded to do something myself one day, as I've faced the lies and cover up (appeal court) of the Judiciary, but up until March after 8 years of this crap was hanging onto contact. Daughter now 12 being alienated, CAFCASS couldn't care less, enforcement of contact order ex's cross application to dissolve order end of this montth.

Similar story to mine from what you say, would bet my life on the fact the corrupt family court judiciary will not go near enforcing anything on the mother. All the best with it though anyway.

Your right, last time they did the opposite, our fellow friend Lord Justice Wilson, upheld an order that reduced my time after I applied for enforcement after getting sick of continual breaches. On each ground of appeal he lied in his Judgment, in face of all of the documented facts, sending out the message to my ex, that she's now taken up, with total prevention of any oontact, that she can do as she pleases.

That's Wilson for you. Mothers can do no wrong. He caused all the problems in my case. Found his London W2 home address, but no one was up for a protest at the time, but perhaps we should think about it.....

Ten years of pain ended by one judge in one phone call with one fax and the government and rest of the legal establishment who subjected this family to all that pain and cost say there is nothing they can do to change it!
