Surely you've gone to a sad movie and seen a few people crying about it before, right? It's a very common thing and often appears in Disney movies(note that this is a Disney game). The only difference is that this is about a video game.

i used not to like vexen in the beginning, but since a friend of mine and i dubbed the Twilight Town scene in Re:Com i began to like him..i'm also going to cosplay him soon so yeah..and i can copie his laugh..¬¬ XD

vexen was the most intelligent character in the whole game, he was even able to create a replica by only gathering data about riku.

And the weird kinda funny thing is, all of the others members kinda either laughed or made fun of him when he was trying to make his riku replica (thats how it is in the chain of memories manga) the least the other members could do is give vexen SOME credit

I think a lot of people don't like him because they find him 'creepy' or just because he's not as 'hot' as the other members. (Personally, I think he's the hottest member of the organization).
