Actually a slight correction about Ostro, in Super Mario 2 Ostro were the ostridges that the Shyguys rode on the back of, and the enemy you referred to as Ostro that shot the eggs in jungle area 3 is actually called Birdo, but anyway great video, great longplay keep up the great work.

nope,you are wrong.The egg shooting enemy is called ostro and the ostriches are called birdo,watch the credits of the game and you'll see :) i dont know why the egg shooting enemy is called birdo in later games,but in smb2 its called ostro

But only in Mario 2. From that point on, the pink thing that shot eggs became Birdo. Why the change? I dunno.
It's Birdo in Mario RPG, Mario Kart Double Dash and several others.
