it would be so funny if the lich king was a world boss, and all the capitals of 1 faction were on the same continent, and the lich king was on the same one.... then, a huge group of the other faction kited him to right outside one... then, another part of the group would wait till he respawns, then lead it right outside another capital city, and so on until all 5 capital cities had the lich king right outside, then the group would coordinate it and lead the 5 lich kings in at the same time! XD

If that dragon is the one I think it is, it's Anachronos, Anachronos stands outside the Caverns of Time in Tanaris and is not related to Blackwing Lair at all.
