@BelloBudo007 You can also check out Nakayama Sensei's video, it breaks down the kata really well. Search for "Shotokan Karate-Do J.K.A. · Nakayama Legacy," Clip #7 of 11 and clip #8 of 11.

@deek77 - Thanks for the tip. I do have that wonderful resource along with others such as the infamous 'blue series'. However the JKA have altered kata and so I'm chasing the latest versions of the so called 'standard kata'. No doubt they will keep tinkering with kata as the years roll by and we just need to try and keep up.
