  • Dude, this is amazing.....

  • Im not hating on your bus at all, I trully think you did a remarkable job. But, there is one thing I did notice... There's alot of wasted space in the back bedroom, have you thought about bunk beds in the back? Or maybe some cabinet space above the beds? I think it would be something to think about.

  • that is an excelent job

  • At first when i saw the inside i was like, its just a regular old school bus, but then the camera turned around and i was like WOW!

  • GREAT JOB LOVE IT

  • @Senteonzen No! Just a regular drivers License is needed.

  • The inside is pretty damn cool but it needs bodywork on the outside to loose the tart cart appearance. Pretty cool man.

  • I power everything with a 3000/6000 watt power inverter and a seperate house battery that is charged will engine is running. Works great!

  • CINEMATIC

  • fucking awesome man !!! hope to make mine as sick as urs

  • Fantastic work with your conversion. I have been shopping for a short range tour bus for my band. Recently discovered the school bus conversion concept, and am strongly considering taking that route. So much more economical, and fun too. Thanks for the great video. if you don't mind my asking, did you purchase your bus directly from a school district? I have found quite a few on ebay as well. What was the cost of the bus before conversion?

  • Thanks. It was alot of fun amd would probably do some things different. I purchased the bus from a bus dealer that works with schools. I went that way because they had more to choose from and also when you get one that has just been released from a school district like that, it usually is maintained very well. I payed $1700 for a 1989 Ford B700 with a 370 gas engine and 155k miles. Hope this helps.

  • Thanks for the info. It's helpful to see others accomplish a task like this. Makes it seem like a real possibility for me. Do you have a lot of experience with shop tools, wood work, electric, etc. Or did you do a lot of research, internet help, etc?

  • Good Job.

  • How much did it cost for in total for the whole conversion, because later on I wanted to do the same thing and go on road trips in one.

  • Around $6k-$7k. Thats us doing all the work ourselves. Thanks

  • That is pretty sweet. xD

  • very nice

  • yea same question like dwspelma had.

    How do you power everything?

Just wondering. cuz i want to do the same thing.

  • Thanks for your interest in the bus. I power everything with a 3000/6000 watt power invertor and a seperate house battery

  • how much do you paid for that backing camera ??

  • About $50 dollars for the camera

  • damn....

  • fantastic, im thinking about doing the same thing, one quesion though, how do you power everything in there?

  • Awesome! Really cool bus! And it's even better that you guys did it yourself. I hope that the bus will run good for a long time, and that you'll have lots of fun with it.
