For stress incontinence use IncoStress - you insert like a tampon & with it you identify which muscles you need to strengthen. By holding it in place, you strengthen your pelvic floor.
IncoStress is available on DryDiapersPlus ca along with a book called "Hold It Sister" which is a great book for explaining the pelvic floor & the exercises to strengthen it.
@drydiapersplus While IncoStress is a viable alternative for stress urinary incontinence it does have some drawbacks. It must not be used more than 8hrs continuously and must be removed for 1 hour after 8hrs. It should be removed before moving bowels and/or urinating. It can slip out of body if pelvic floor muscles are not strong enough to hold it in. And, it recommends pelvic floor exercises morning & evening to strengthen pelvic floor muscles & to prevent product from falling out.
Hello My name is Ricardo Rodriguez. I'm looking to meet people with Incontinence. I have an FDA Cleared Medical Equipment that can ELIMINATE INCONTINENCE! I'm looking for Doctor's and People with Incontinence. For more information call me.
I had heard of Uresta, but had not seen the product. I did a little reading about it and decided to try it - and I was thrilled that I did! I liked the idea of trying it in the privacy of my own home. The instructions were easy to follow, the device incredibly easy to insert and remove. Best of all it allowed me to run the 5k with my children and not have to worry about incontinence! I recommend Uresta to a lot of my patients and have heard only good things..." from a Family Physician
I'm pretty fuckin high but this is hilarious.
