  • After 7 or 8 weeks of Plyo, you'll definitely feel lighter on your feet and a lot more nimble. You'll be going deeper in your squat-switch pickups and jumping higher.

    I put marks on the floor with masking tape as targets for moves like Airborne Heisman and Football Hero. That way i wouldn't start jumping a shorter distance as I got fatigued.

    It doesn't matter where you start, only that you start. The secret to success with this program, keep pushing play everyday. Way to push yourself, keep it up. Keep us posted man.

  • Great job Chris! I'm sure we'll all look like big goofs for the first few weeks! Got a shipping confirmation from BeachBody for a projected shipping date of Feb. 7th. I'm currently focusing on my diet while anticipating my workout DVDs! Keep it up!
