  • Blue falcon... n°111 no 07

  • God I love this one, it's so thrilling and tense and a little heroic...

    F-Zero. Don't blink and drive.

  • I'm making this song on warioware DIY...Holy shit, its very hard to make.

  • each teen seconds the song changes.

  • i first played that game in 1992 i was 13 i m 32 today.....snif (ah a rope...)

  • @jeancricri13 I played this shit when i was 3... and I won the first few races....

  • @itselguapo 3? Damn that makes me feel old.

  • heh reminds me of doom

  • Anyone notice how Captain Falcons number is "111" and not "7"?

  • at 0:20 my brain always goes "yo daamn" haha

  • @paulkn6 every 10 seconds there's a highlight :D

  • This song really gives off the atmosphere of driving through a city at night, even with such simple instruments.

  • Their's something wrong with this video... It stops after 2:15!! What Gives!?

  • Plain and simple, this is just a well-written piece of music.

  • This game is a running out after the time.

  • Why is everyone talking about CoD when there are friggin 16-bit sounds going? Show some respect.

  • If this song was a woman, I'd make sweet sweet love to her

  • @TranceCore3 If this song was a woman, she'd be fucking YOU.

  • I prefer battle field anyway. Cod is just the same thing repackaged. I'd pop in battle field 2 any day. Can't wait for 3.

  • the hell are FPS rants, complains and flame wars doing on an F-Zero ost?

  • I did a cover of Mute City and this song is next on the list! Give it a listen and let me know what you think!

  • i get the biggest of nostalgic chills every single time. the best game that was ever made on super nintendo. i so love u F ZERO!!!

  • @roboiago

I have this music on CD in my car... to me, F-Zero races ARE real!!

  • old games are always better :)

  • old video games will always be better. :)

  • This song is like a reminder of a bygone era.. Of simpler times. Of better times..

  • Fucking Nostalgi

  • The days when Call of Duty was not created yet :(

  • dude this sounds like something from a kirby game.

  • Brings back really good memories, and very frustrating ones with those damned magnetic electrostrip thingies!

  • the 90s were the shit

  • This is my favorite F Zero song! Love racing through this track. So badass and intense with the purple sky and mountains in the backround!

  • Thumbs up if you like the tag "portable orgasm".

  • Nostalgic songs.. ..Back in 90's :(

  • @8monoxxx can u email the port town song 2 me

  • iT ROCKS MATE \m/

  • Where can I get the full soundtrack? it brings chilhood memories

  • i remember playing this game when i was around 6 years old with my 8 and 16 year old brothers. now one's going off to college at michigan state, and the other is in north carolina. im gonna be the only one here. this song makes me wish i could travel back in time and play it with them again.

  • Does anyone know how i can obtain the F-Zero track editor?

  • I love this game.I serious forgot about how good the music is till i herd the Fire Feild again, then i had to listen to everything. Now i wanna play the game again. why cant game be like this now. I like the game out now but they will never compare to Old School nintendo games in my mind.

  • I hearby declare, if anyone dislikes this song, you will be shot. Contuously.

  • @DCN0B Correction: They shall be Falcon Punched repeatedly.

  • This song would be what you would get if you mixed Chrono Trigger with cars.

  • I can't ever really tell whether pink adds to Samurai Goroh's weirdness or whether it has an effect like Roy Koopa. <_<

Good to see noone's thumbs downed this song (yet) :D

  • 第一作だと思えないほどBGMがネ申だ

  • I like the song so hard... I love the bass :D

  • Dayum. Quadruple Bass Pedal.

  • @CarlosIsDown Shit is more metal than it appears :P

  • @8monoxxx this is so 1990s cool game too.you dont know or cant imagine the real year 2560 aka 26th century

  • It's so metal it's not metal at all. Welcome to VGM.

  • "The Race of the 26th Century": Screw 12/12/12!! I hope for the F-Zero Grand Prix!!!

  • this sounds attemptable on guitar hero 5 music studio. someone should so put this song together on the game.

  • Giggity @ the description.

  • it really hurts me to know they dont make games this way any more. I just went through my box of snes games, and just about every game is a classic and magnificiant game.

  • Sure they do, that feeling is just called nostalgia; check out the indie scene -- obviously nothing exactly like F-Zero there, but there are plenty of retro-style games of all kinds being made.

  • yeah...this is one of the best tracks in the whole world

  • the first part sounds earthboundy

  • this track always reminded me of a sped up "She's a Maniac" XD

    still awesome

  • *reeeeeeerrrr* *foom*

    *reeeeeeeeeerrrrrr* *foom*

    (first two jumps)

  • @rovert40 LOL!!

  • my favorite f zero song

  • Port Town is ghetto. Not a bad thing.

  • fucken badass drumming sound

  • Wasn't the reason the first and second F-Zero Grand Prix closed early was because of the numerous, fiery deaths? And the participants were supposedly highly trained at least to a minimum degree so a normal twit would die on his first go and take out a major office complex. Well, there will probably be simulations and precautions and shit...

  • They completely rewrote the storyline for F-Zero GX, thus no fiery deaths.

Fiery deaths are way too dark for a game starring the great and always optimistic gentleman Captain Falcon.

  • That was the F-Max Grand Prix which was explained in the classic F-Zero X web comic which explains its origins.

  • GX changed the canon though, so X and F Zero SNES dont tell the real story anymore.

  • Then what is GX's canon anyway.

  • I always tended to think of the sound of this song and the place in which it takes place as "Mute City at Night"...

  • Around 0:20 and 0:30 Turn off sound channel #1 AND #3 on both sides this time if you have music box on SNES9X to hear nothing but the base and chords. Sounds EVEN better!

  • So many good memories of the good 'ol days of gaming!!

  • This song makes me feel kinda worried. like something bad's about to happen.

  • it makes me feel heroic.

  • Yea this is one of my fav tracks, but they never re-arranged this one in the newer versions for whatever reason...just Mute City and Big Blue.

  • there are some re arrenged versions like in gp legend, and climax.

  • Such an awesome racing track, if only I could drive an F Zero in my life. .___.

  • With the way technology is evolving...

  • love the bass line in this song

  • dammit this music gave sooo much atmosphere to this game! i mean it was an 16 bit 2d game but it had more atmosphere and feeliing then some of the newest high end games today have

  • between 45 and 60 it sounds like Kirby lol

  • this track always gave me chills i dont now if it was the setting sun over the backdrop of mountains and citys or the purple hue in the sky what ever it was it worked so well nintendos got to look back on these games for inspiration.

  • sweet. l:P

  • This "Dawn" background, this dark and mysteryous music which show how the future will be...

How could i ever immagine that 15 years later, there would be 2 types of games: FPS or Casual games...

  • @mrnuage Dawn or Sunset? I can't make it up either

  • @shadowphantom2 that is the best sunset ever tough, or dawn <3

  • @8monoxxx 'nuff said. =D

  • @mrnuage Yeah, it's pretty depressing with all the opportunities given by today's hardware... Fucking devolution, I hate it.

Any pissed off AI has every right to annihilate our sorry excuse for a race.

  • @mrnuage

Its basically like that right now actually, sadly.

  • @mrnuage

    >implying fps games aren't for casuals

  • @Qwepir The majority of the FPS released today are just "hide behind a wall and shoot" with nothing more to offer. It's sad that games like this sell millions of copies. But they're not all bad. There's some FPS which are ver innovative. FPS (First Person Puzzles actually) like Portal are really good. Also, the battlefield serie has tanks, planes and helicopter on huge maps. Sadly, people still prefer buying Call of Duty again and again...

  • @mrnuage COD4 did add alot of the elements FPS have today though, anything after that is just the same rehash of it, I enjoyed it very much, got Black ops and was entirely disapointed by it, the campaign is just... needless violence, it's not even against "bad guys" it's just killing soldiers and burning them, multiplayer was horrible, I cried, but then I remember we still have Bad Company 2 and Modern Warfare 2 which isn't bad at all, it keeps the same formula from 4 and adds things

  • @mrnuage

    Or Platformer games.

  • Between 0:20 and 0:30, the harmony is just great....I sounds soooo good when you remove the trumpet from the song. I tried it on SNES9X with the music box, and turned off sound channel #1 on both sides. Try it!

  • yh where can i get F-ZERO for SNES9X coz all i got was that F-zero 2 shite

  • agreed 0:20 -0:30 is he best! Ever so many memories! Good times Good times.

  • Mute City III, Port Town II, and White Land I were my favorite stages, but I wonder why SSBM and SSBB haven't added this song to their games? This is the best! I was fortunate enough to get this game off of eBay for less than $10 bucks earlier this year and I LOVE IT!!! I just can't get over you're video description! IT"S TRUE! Is it because the stage is purple?!? LOL!!!

  • About description by the way: F-Zero is better than sex!

  • nah your comment is way exagerated, I prefer sex but F-Zero is still a very wicked good game

  • I had a SNES back in the day, but I never knew about F-Zero, I regret it now O.o

  • A friend of mine recently had his SNES out and I was saying to him that the music on F-Zero is great, but one stage in particular is excellent and as soon as the Port Town music started I was like "this is it!". Love this tune (as soon as this vid finished I started it again :))

  • lol love the horse the band reference in the info box, good to see other old school gamers diggin' the horse

  • I used to love this game.. Fire Level.. ugh!

  • fzero rocks soooo hard

  • I wish I was born earlier

  • mee to i wish i was born earlier

  • Man , this song rocks hard! \m/

I was fortunate enough to hear this song in the early 90's. Fun times!

  • Someday I will have a band that plays only this stuff ;)

  • well,good luck with that =)

  • Then, I'm already your fan.

    Good luck

  • the hold 90 was made of sound of games :D

  • that music was incredibly awesome!

  • Makes you wish F-Zero races were real heh.

  • yeah, but i really love the bg for port town, i wish port town and mute city were real, with that song to welcom you to the city or track...

  • i love that music !! :D

  • I got a song I listen to on my MP3 player. It mixes Mute City, Big Blue, and Port Town together. They all sound awesome on guitar.

  • I agree this track has something mysterious to it, that's why I love it, and I feel bad that there is no remix of it in any new F-Zero (or in Brawl T_T)

  • love this tune. blissy nostalgic vibe ^_^

  • love this tune. blissy nostalgic vibe ^_^

  • my absolute favorite song...it creates a dark atmosphere when im listening this...such mysterious aura something like that

  • any place I can download this track or any other bgm from games of the golden age of gaming? I'm definately subscribing to your stuff man! Rock on!

  • you could try gh(dot)ffshrine(dot)org

  • thanx alot! You got some awesome stuff on your channel man!

  • thanks :D

  • i love the loomy dark sound of this song

it gives me a nostalgic feeling

  • by far my favorite song in this game

  • Some of the more popular games nowadays have such bland music.... They should pay their whole staff to go back and listen to classic music like this. It is ze sex.

  • In my opinion they should add soundchips...its the soundchips that made it awesome, I dont know what is it with me and those chips ...I love the way they sound , way sexier than real instruments ...specially the bass AND REALLY ONLY the SPC700 (SNES soundchip)

  • lol nice description of the video xD and yeah its a great tune, all the sounds blend in perfectly i specially love the ''chorus'' part x] i dont know what else to call it

  • Its sexy :D

  • Its correct, right?

  • Yeah. Galbandia Hotel. Google it.
