my bubbler is draining by being pushed out by foam and my check valve, the $10 one from mcmaster is allowing the cell to suck it backward. so my 97 kia sephia has 40 miles on it and i gotta mess with, but i have to be in the next town tommorrow so i will blow my mpg test. when production drops, the test is blown, the leaned out kia ex manifold gets hot, and its dark and i am r and d while it is down (good science is a pain at times) of course i could give false readings and theory but not facts
zero dont have foam no more he is ebn dry celler-he must be burnt out. thank you for the tip. i would have never thought of a scotch pad. i also may have a drop across my cheap relay, or some contaminant-i wrapped my smack cell in 4 inch clear pvc, and as well it may be that i washed the prepared wall cover in detergent, i also pressure washed them, but the foam and drop in production..see i cant burn a half tank of gas out to test cuz the freakin cell seems to be cantakerous...and my bubbler is
hi daduke, these generators produce on average 1 to 2 litres of HHO gas per minute. that won't run a lawnmower. the theory is when included with the car's air mixure it helps the gas or diesel fuel burn more efficiently. if you daisy chain generators together there could be a reduction in gas consumption but it is offset by the energy needed to produce the HHO gas. the test is to find the optimum balance. so far i have not seen a convinsing demonstartion of this. fizzy
Also, my cell don't last much longer than a month due to the heat from the engine compartment. I use 2" or 3" Black PVC (highest heat) but eventually leaks occur. I loved Zero's secrificial membrane for flashback. And after 2-3 hours driving when the cell is hot, how much of that gas is now actually steam? Holding a naked flame to it doesn't produce the same pops. (always use earplugs, bubbler, flashback, raincoat, beercooler)
hi mclaing4hotmail, I currently run my cell from the trunk (sched 80). I thought I would have a problem getting the pressure there, but it is working great. I run it through 1/4" copper line through the center of the car and up the firewall.
It is your tap water. Your prob on a well that is untreated very well. But for sure it is your tap water. I had done many experiments to find the tap water to be the source. To stop the green looking foam, brown then green if using baking soda. You need to clean your system. I use white distilled vinegar. It will clean up your tanks and make great HHO. So I just use White distilled vinegar for electrolyte. Makes great HHO and keeps it clean.

Our systems are in working vehicles in daily use. Our systems never reach the temp you suggest as our systems are made to keep cool. To stat the temp in Celsius is a bit misleading at any rate. Thank you for helping in our search for free fuel for everyone.
it is a metric unit not a medieval, like old fashioned Fahrenheit.
I know your cell won't reach temps above 100°C
but your bad ( OK 'not so good open-') cell design will reach temps in the nineties, enough to evaporate allot of water and vinegar vapors. Vinegar is a bad electrolyte the conductivity is low,
and it evaporates, no problem if you use KOH or NaOH.
But what is actually causing the frothing? Some of my cells get it, some don't. I thought it was due to using tap water/soda, but occasionally my cells using Distilled water/soda froth too. Makes me wanna have a cold beer...
hi mclaing4hotmail, from my observations, once you get good production the bubbles expand in the container faster than they break. this causes the foam which will move into the bubbler taking whatever electrolyte solution you have with it. the problem the becomes a rapid reduction of fluid in your container whis can cause overheating and a catastrophic event. boom! scarecrow and sid young use a brick which is constantly replentished with water to solve this problem. search dry cell. fizzy

Bad idea HHO2YOU,
Water boils at 100°C, acetic acid ( vinegar)
boils at 118°C, so you'll blow it all quickly
in your engine. Then your already bad conducting
electrolyte is gone. ...
But the pad idea is an old but good one to apply.
