According to this Nancy Jones, having the same name as the producer almost kept her off of Wheel of Fortune in the 80's. I never knew that tidbit. Sadly her luck on Wheel wasn't much better than her luck on Match Game. I believe the consolation prize was a year supply of Little Debbie snacks... yuck! :P
Valerie, Nacy's opponent, was the contestant whose "boobs" answer made the panel walk out on the previous episode, or the one before. This was also the only week where Match Game was not taped at Studio 33 (Bob Barker Studio). Any idea why?

No, this Nancy Jones was not a producer of "wheel", although she was a contestant on "wheel" in the late 80's.
