The video is to represent the difference in the 2 swings. I am saying there is less arch in his lower back, nothing to do with his spine. I think the video quite clearly shows that and the caption says that......
nice comparison,I like right sided better,just turn shoulders around spine rather than tilting them with S and T,S and T is useful around the green and various wedge shots,but THE RIGHT SIDED swing is all round superior and very repeatable,take a look at Brian GAY,looks like right sided thought by Lynn Blake,good explanation of the 2 swings.
