Doesn't work. My dog just nipped me. It worked with treats and a clicker in 2 minutes. Now he knows it without the treats.

When training a dog it is much more effective if you let the dog figure out on their own what to do by leading them with a toy or treat rather then force them into a position, some doges will take it as playing rather then learning.
