  • Does your every day life feel better all the time or just when you hang up?

  • The Teeter has a 5 year warranty they shipped mine FedEx. Came in perfect condition, this thing fixed my back and neck pain that I have had for years.

I got the EP-650 from there website no tax no shipping.

  • Dude what the hell did you do for ups I am a upser and you are scarin me . I have done it all from unload to loading to driving now I am a part time sup in the a.m. I love the fast pace and I have been getting in shape but my lower back hurts am looking into getting an invert table does it help after awhile or is something you have to do everyday? Thanx

  • Good job I watched till the very end to see the added note...lol

  • broken after 2 weeks

    no free warranty

    more back pain after use

  • @ivanko34

when u say that your inversion table was broken after 2 weeks, are u talking about the Teeter inversion table or some other brand? Thanks for answering this question.

  • Hello,

Yes I have a L5-S1 issue like you and I agree that an inversion table is a very good thing.

  • Sorry you had a bad experience witht he table CD. You said you have DDD?? Its not as debilitating as many believe and its not a disease.(Its just plain old arthiritis)We ALL experience DDD some time in life, its the effect of gravity on us over the years. The trick is to eat right, stretch and excercise your muscles. Im sure the inversion will help many as long as they are careful. I found out I had DDD at 39. My doctor said it was mild and normal for my age and not worry but to keep in shape

  • hi there i was watching your video and i must say something to share my experience. i have a bad back as well and i went under magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI ) and i was found to have a bulging and pertruding disk on L1 and L2. for people that dont know this is the area just under the center of the back. i got the teeter hang ups boot straps and i also went to full inversion and had success. do not do full invert if pain is to strong during full invert tho,...use caution people and good luck!

  • he let out a wet fart at the end of the video

  • Thanks for the vid, dude. Gonna buy a used one today for $200.

  • I use mine everynight and I got mine because of my 67 yr old Aunt had one.

    Its just not for everybody.

  • Go see Dr. Schiffer in Fremont CA. He'll clean up that L5--S1 in no time and you'll walk out of the office with a bandaid (or two) on your lower back.

  • I am sorry to say but you may have reached the point of no return with your back injury. But you will never know until you have reached an ideal weight, instituted an excellent and well balanced diet and exercising every day - even if just walking.

Then when you are at your ideal weight and are somewhat fit, try the table again for very short periods of time, 3 mins 2X a day and see if the inversion will slowly help your back.

    My 2 cents...best of luck.

  • @kennedy7955 Man I never thought about that *l* I was worried I waisted $600 after reading about cdukshn1st issue after a months.

I only invert for 5min a day in the morning and before bed and do the stretches the dvd showed when i have the table set at a 60 degree.

I wanted to try my T.E.N.S unit when i invert but dont know if its a good idea.

  • thanks! tried it for my husband, Went totally upsidedown. different brand, but I will be buying this thing tomorrow!! Thanks!! Your video sealed the deal!

  • that's why there's shipping insurance ...

    nobody ever gets paid enough

  • These things are great. I've got one, not the Teeter there's a lot of different ones, and love it. My advice is just get on it and fix the problem. I had a terrible shoulder problem not to mention some back pain and it works like a charm.

  • how much pot did you smoke before you made this video?

  • @snookumsthacat I'd say he took a few percocets before making the vid....lol

  • @EvanQuinn07 You totally nailed it....I was thinking, well his back felt perty darn good during filming!

  • ups paybe they dont get paid enough but they get great benifits

  • man i sure hope it works out for you what was the total cost?

  • You got rid of the table? What are you doing now, surgery?

  • Awesome 4 u :)

  • I just got a sacro-wedgy today. It is supposed to help the lower back by supporting the sacrum to relax the psoas and other muscles.

  • mine is a Lifegear table and I LOVE it.... ELIMINATED all my back problems since YEARS of suffering

  • I have a similar problem as it's my L5 and L3 that are most damage, the sciatica I have from this injury is insane, so I bought an inversion table and like you said when upside down it feels great but as soon as I am upright again all the pain comes rushing back to my left leg. I think the table may be good for preventive care but if someone already has serious problems they may not benefit from it or even make their problem worse. Thanks for the upload, it was very informative.

  • Thanks for the review on the inversion table.

  • Hello there!

Glad to know it helped you! Did you add the text comments on the video? I know I checked a you tube video for a lovely little girl singer we love and someone had added annoying text comments. Did someone else add the text saying that you returned the table because it stopped working after about a month or so, or did you add itt? The table has worked very good for my husband and myself, but we just want to know for sure.

Thanks for sharing your input and good luck to you!

  • CD - given the nature of your injury you should definitely not have gone immediately into hanging entirely upside down. It may have really helped you had you started out very carefully, say at 20 degrees, and then increased slowly, say 5 degrees each week to a MAXIMUM of 45 degrees. According to my chiropractor there is nothing more to be gained in pain reduction / traction / healing going beyond 45 degrees anyway, only increased risk. Those of us with injuries shouldn't even consider 90 deg.

  • Reading The Mind Body Prescription or Healing Back Pain by Dr. John Sarno will cure your back problem or a host of other ailments the mind creates to "help us" this is a must read for anyone who is experiencing pain and acknowleding this information will alieve years of debilitating pain These books and philosophy by Dr. John Sarno as well as Monte Hueffle are lifesavers . Check em out everyone Im sure you will agree.

  • Wow dude not to be mean, but the Teeter has a weight limit, and I believe you will void its warranty.

  • lol. hey, he could just have a big head and a skinny body, right?

  • Thank you for sharing this... I have a question though-- how do you get over all of that blood rushing to your head? I get dizzy very easy... just wondering. Thank you!

  • Give the guy a break. He aint tellin yinz to go do it. It worked for him. And hell, my bottom four has like no juice left in em. And any relief I get on my back is a God send. I want one bad. However, he didn't say how long he hung for. I ve heard you can go straight upside down, just for super short periods of time and work ur way up. Hell, its gotta be better than being super compressed all the time.

  • Don't ever do what this fool did. Go fully inverted first time , good way to screw your self up worse. rest level let the muscles relax before you you come fully baclk on your feet. . You can also rock from short of level to a bit of a incline it works like the DTS ,,strech , release ,strech release. /anyone who has a screwed upo abck and jumps on one of these and goes full invert first time gotta have a hole in their gene pool Sorry dude ,it's no an advisable.move.

  • Did he just bust ass at the end of the video?

  • lol he pooped

  • I am a Straight talking No messing Sort of Guy and I have to Say that This Fat Lad Should Not be hanging From his Ankles until he has Lost at Least Five stone!

I am Not Being cruel But Trying to Sort the Chubby Fellow Out It might Be Safer to Spend Some Time In the Sauna and Decreasing his Intake Of Pies and Cakes by at Least Fifty Per cent!

I Feel sure this will be more beneficial To His Overweight Carcase than him trying to Stretch His Fat Out in Length!

    Good Luck Muncher!

  • To the video poster. Your a big guy to be on a teeter. Wouldn't your weight be devastating to your back if your hanging upside down from the git go? Gotta be bad for your knees and hips too.

  • I've tried inversion tables and found that my pain increased after getting off. I talked with both my Dr. and physical therapist and they said inversion table help with the relief of pain temporarily since it decompresses troubled discs (I have two herniated disks) but the muscles that wrap around and to each vertebrae don't. Once your upright again, the muscles tighten up for a bit, creating more compression. This is also a result while you hang upside down for too long. So, I gave up on it.

  • I bought one. It feels good to hang but when I go to the upright position my spine compresses back and really hurts.

I would think if I would go inverted then back to level and stay at that position to heal. But I guess if there is no more cartliage left between the disc,I have no hope for recovery.

Lay off. No job,no insurance plenty pain.

  • The worst thing is when you have to fart while inverted. It takes a lot of effort to force the gas up instead of down. My advice it to first uninvert yourself.

  • That is a Great Point DowntownCanon I Just Got Myself Unstrapped From The Table and I was Pulling My Pants Down as I made My Way to The Bathroom and I Hadn't sat Down Before It Came out of My Rear with The Speed of an Exocet Missile!!

These are The Things They fail To Mention In The advertisement!

You Cut the Mustard My Friend!

    Keep Up the Good Reporting!

  • I have one for my upper back scoliosis, but my doctor told me that I should stop using it because it will give me a stroke from being upside down.

  • LOL that was the fear the mass media instilled in the people back in the 1980's don't believe them, they want you to pay them for their counsel instead of relieving your back. Do what your intuitions guide you to do and you will find the truth instead of the lies some of these doctors profess.

  • Hello EasternMerchant I Have read your Information given On Inversion tables and I Can see You are a Balanced Person!

It is Good to meet You!

Keep On Doing what You are Doing Friend!

  • the way you relax your ankles and legs has extreme effect of whether the inversion will be successful, make sure your ankles and feet are very comfortable (eg: slightly bent knees) before going inverted, any tension or pain while going inverted will cause certain muscles to tense up and cause additional misalignment and discomfort.

  • This fellow Tom is a doughnut!

A doughnut with a bad back!

And the Chubby lad Looks to Me as if he eats his Weight in Boigers!!

  • why do you capitalize every other word you fuckwit?

  • Hello Jessie How are You Doing Bro?

    How are Your Family?

I miss the Old Days Man Wow We used to Kick it!

What are the Chances Of Us Meeting again?

  • I also bought one of these tables as a last resort to surgery. I have the exact same disc problem as you, only mine is completely ruptured. I got on the table everyday for two week, between 3 and 5 minutes. My back pain has completely gone away. If you have back pain, try this before surgery, it is worth the time, effort and money opposed to the cost many, many doctor bills....

  • I have a compression L4 L5, and I am very attempted to try this table.

  • The company "Ironman" sells one on Amazon for $150. The build quality is quite good and it works just as well. Don't need to spend $250-400 on the Teeter.

  • das lied ist sch***** :-( ok eigentlich ist nur der anfang dumm :-( die mitte:-( und das ende HA ! HA

  • So I guess what I wanna ask it.. when you felt that the table was working for you, did you ever for even a second feel that the pulling made your pain worse? Thanks a lot and I really appreciate the review.

  • Inversion has never made the pain worse for me.

  • Hi. I got lower back pain and I was thinking about getting an inversion table. So to get a sense if it would work, I tried stretching my spine by hanging my back loose by supporting my self only with my arms (very very similar to hanging down from a chin-up bar with your feet not touching the ground). I can hear my spine cracking, but my lower back actually hurts more as I feel my lower back tendon being stretched/pulled. So I'm very hesitant. I wish I could find a store where I can try it out.

  • Hanging from a pull up bar feels completely different. I don't know why, but I've got both in the same room.

  • I was able to try one at a local Dick's

    Sporting Goods.

  • Thanks for the info! I was thinking about getting an inversion table for my evil back, but I think I'll try one out first. Heading out to see my doc this morning for my back, we'll see what he says.

  • my back hurts everyday!! it ruins my life

  • I just secured the services of a disability attorney. Both my shoulders are now in significant pain and disturbs my sleep regularly. Horrible!!

  • yes I have an inversion table too and it works!! My brand of table is a LIFEGEAR and I bought it second hand for 125$ Canadian. Only complaint is it make my eyes feel like they are going to explode.

  • HAHA!! i used to work for UPS Freight, and other freight companies, trust me, the guys on the dock just don't give a crap!! can't blame them, contrary to popular UPS belief, they don't get paid enough to give a crap.. anyway, thanks for sharing your experiences, just bought one today for my wife for her hip ( arthritis ) hope it helps!

  • Fully agree. UPS sux. I worked there too. Poor me LOL

  • @cdukshn1st you look like my ups guy too.

  • @cdukshn1st Same with FedEx lol!

  • Same with the Airline Baggage handlers..the Stuff is just too Dang Heavy too just be resting down like that..Ugh the Horror!!!

  • You are right! I applied there in the 90's, and was going to start out as a "Thrower." As soon as I saw them doing the job, I knew why they called it that. Every person was just throwing packages from the back of the truck onto the conveyor. I turned it down. Now I am in Sales and I am so glad...

  • @prdgyair It's not they aren't paid enough it's that they really don't give a crap. Believe me I have had yrs of exp with these guys as I work in production and had to deal with shipping.

  • By the way, if the table started causing you pain it might be you were using it too frequently. It shouldn't be used more than a couple of minutes and it's fine to skip days.

It would also be wise for you to study up on Feldenkrais method as this too has helped my back very much.

    Good luck to you

  • Same here. I tried an inversion table (different brand though) and I feel 15 years younger.

This thing has change my life.

  • I have the same exact problem in pretty much the same area...except I also have pinched and damaged nerves as a result...I'm curious on how the teeter table would work for me.

  • Never know until you try. I sold mine for exactly what I paid for it so if you buy one you shouldn't have a problem selling it.

  • but why did yo sell yours?have you completely got rid of your pain??

  • nope. it seemed 2 get worse the mor i used it. i stopped using it and things felt a bit betr but no wer near wer they shud b...still in pretty severe pain evryday.

  • Comment removed

  • Sounds like it worked and then did not as you know you cegin to get desparate after a while. I'm there! It looks like it worked for some better than others. I know you late written post says the pain became insane again, sorry. Have you ever tried it again?

  • No, dont wanna go down that path again. Plus, I am homeless and jobless right now so I couldnt even afford it again

  • I have had three spine surgeries and have been told that at some point, I will have to have two more. I have rods and screws in my lower back, L into S. Further, have had two neck surgeries, C7-C4, with three fusions overall in addition to the rods and a plate in the neck. I have been told that all but one of my disks are bad.

However, when I started having discomfort in my hips, decided to give Teeter a try since I did not want to think about hip surgeries as well.

    Teeter did the job.

  • WOW, if only i cud hav ben so fortunate!!! Good for you!!

  • CD,

I'm an inverstion table user, and I love mine; yep, had to do the full inversion to really get the improved alignment going. I didn't read all comments, and I'm not bringing this up to be mean: You're kind of a big guy (I used to be about 50 lbs heavier) have you tried cutting some weight and THEN trying this regimen?

  • I have always had large muscles but yes, I actually lost weight prior to using and I was in excellent shape when my injury happened, which was the catapult for all my other conditions. I was a lot lighter when I 1st tried using it. I weigh more now than ever before as a direct result of inability to be active, coupled with crappy ,easy to make food. If I could cut weight now, I'd be exercising/working/all the stuff I can't do. Other than eating apples and oranges all day wich i might need 2 do.

  • cd, I had surgery about 4 years ago for a herniated disc. (L5-S1). Things were going great, but I reinjured last week. I have a 5mm herniation pinching my S1 nerve again. I'm going to start rehab next week, but have been thinking about an inversion table. Now I'm not sure. It's a big investment for something that may or may not work. *sigh* If rehab doesn't work, I'll have to see my surgeon and consider another surgery. Maybe fusion.

  • id try the table 1st. i have advanced degenerative disc disease which is different than wut u hav. u may b in luck. if it dusnt start helping after a month or so, id possibly sell the table and consider other options.. wut was the surg, wut did they do? fusion? disc replacement? i also hav (and never had) any leg pain.

  • Have you tried the Sacro Wedgy? I have degenerative disk disease also. A PT friend of mine loaned me one to use. I just bought one today on Amazon for $33.

I use it 20-30 minutes twice a day. In only 2 weeks it has made a big difference. (I can now walk for short distances with no pain.) I am getting an inversion table next week.

Have you tried riding a bicycle for exercise.

    Ron

    My chiropractor

  • jcole11: Have you possibly seen or considered a chiropractor? As a current student at Palmer we are informed that an adjustment may be made to the segments above and below a herniation/fusion. My understanding is that increasing your core strength is likely only to help. I have a spondylo involving L5 slipping forward off of S1 and the advice I was given was to increase core strength and given exercises that may reduce the amount of slip. If you haven't done so already, try calling. Great video!

  • Thanks for the advice. I have very gud reason 2 b leev the chiro I was seeing broke a vert in my bak. L% facet. he twisted me so hard it drew tears! he was also treating me 4 an injury that he hadnt seen an mri for, malpractice. my core strength rivaled that of professional athletes at the time it all happened. tho i dont no wut may make my discs "regenerate" with the soft tissue they need. lak of spinal cuvature, ddd, stenosis and broken vert...pretty mesd up LOL

  • LOL wow! I'm sorry to hear. As far as regeneration goes unfortunately there isn't much you can do. Although the disc problem may or may not be evident in x-ray, the ddd certainly would and it should've been looked at further. It would be harder for the chiro to damage the body of the vert but it certainly could break other structures (ribs most frequently). I def inform other chiros that I can't be adjusted in side posture because of a spondylo. I'm surprised they even tried that with you!

  • the moron hadnt seen an mri wen he was doin this shit. i didnt no n e better. i hav had extensive treatment dun 4 the ddd--all kinds of crap that hasnt dun n e thing. stil glad i tried tho. had 2 lern bout sum stuff.

  • I'm glad you have had a positive experience with an inversion table. One thing that is key (talking from experience, having used mine for two months now, regularly). People with high blood pressure or vertigo / dizziness should start at a slight angle (20 degrees or so), then work their way up after continued sessions. Complete inversion (90 deg) increases blood pressure to the head / brain and stresses the body's circulatory system more. Adjust your angle DOWN if you feel faint, dizzy at 1st

  • Been a while since I watched this vid. I'm pretty sure I DIDN'T have a positive experience in this video...I'll have to check. If I am right, your ad will be deleted and marked as spam.

  • You should review YOUR OWN DAMN VIDEO and what you said (glowing endorsements at 1:49 and right towards the end of vid)..before posting this bs follow up comment Tom. Your attitude should be deleted and MARKED AS SPAM

  • Someone gave you a thumbs down already...interesting. I definitely should have reviewed the video prior to leaving my comment. I did watch it again and I can't remember for the life of me what I did with the follow up video. U are 100% accurate. I fully endorsed the product in this vid. I apologize for being so inaccurate and egregious. I am also going to give you a thumbs up since you were right, regardless of the needless use of profanity.

    Peace

  • Like i care if someone disagrees with me disagreeing with your innaccurate follow up comment to my comment. I just thought you posted before you even reviewed the situation, and your comment to mine was uncalled for. I do, however, appreciate you correcting your previous statement though. Thanks. Have a good one.

  • You, too.

I wasn't making the statement about the thumbs down to be negative or aggressive in that way it just seemed weird that someone did so quickly after your comment. I'd imagine I'd be getting like 60 views an hour for that to happen and that is certainly not the case.

Also, if one of these tables works for you...lucky you, big time!

  • All is good. I REALLY hope you are able to find some relief, short of drastic (and dreaded) surgery (if you haven't already)....best of luck and wishes to ya

  • I actually DID have surgery. The doctor said that he wanted to do a fusion and I asked if there were anything less intrusive, he told me yes. He said that he could shave the bone down a lil. I asked if that would give me back relief, he said yes. I had the surgery and later found out that the operation he gave me was designed to alleviate leg pain, I had leg pain 1 day for 30 seconds a year prior to the surgery. Thanks 4 ur condolences as well.

  • have you been to a chiropractor? they hook you up to that vibrator thing and it really helps with the spasms in the legs

  • Been to 3. Those tens units really are awesome. Unfortunately they can't repair deteriorated discs and broken vertebrae.

Man, I haven't watched this vid in quite a while...thought I mentioned that stuff in there. Thanks for watching and your input!!

  • Great Information,

    THANKS

  • Cool, thank you. You voted and fav'd then, right?

  • yes I did!!!

  • You rock!!

  • my dad has one and it is so fun hanging 180 degress lol!!!! great fun!

  • hopefully it helps you in the future. great workouts like that, too.

  • my aunt has one, and it is soo cool and so fun!

  • Awesome for you, congrats!!

  • Just got one of these for my father. Hopefully it will help him, his back is major its self but every case is different.

Good luck with your back and god hope they find a full proof 100% cure for degenerating disc disease.

  • That would be awesome if it worked.

    Thanks

  • My Chiro suggested I get one of these. Has there been any long term benefit at all?? Please say yes. ha ha

    Hoping for a miracle...

  • No. Not for me. Although, I have degenerative disc disease and arthritis/stenosis as well as a broken vertebrae.

My back actually got worse until I stopped using the machine, then I sold it. I don't see how it wouldn't help someone with more minor problems though. I did get relief while completely inverted, but that was too temporary.

    Good luck!!

  • thanks!

  • Thanks for viewing, hope it helps.

  • Sorry, when I heard you say "The relief you felt was phenomenal" (while hanging completely inverted), I took that as it helped. My bad.

  • LOL. It's all good. I did get relief...for a temporary time. If I could live upside down, I probably would. Just never get back up after that though. OUCH!!

  • Thank you for the video. I'm going to start on mine later today. I got a different brand, but am hoping for a similar result.

  • You don't want it to help?

  • I am only 25 and I have had really annoying lower back pain pretty much my whole life. My friend got one of these and I can't wait to try it out, it sounds like the gravitational force would be really great as I feel that my back is full of pounding pressure.

  • I'd be surprised if it didn't help. Although, I got worse.

  • Hi there,

I got a table a few days ago (Teeter) and it's great. BUT, I sprained my foot when I went full inversion!!! Does full inversion hurt your ankles?

    I don't go past about 50' now.

  • Life long journey! LOL Just got my massage today....More like torture. But, offers some help! Chrio really helps too. But, i will get a tilt table and use it!

  • Good luck, hope it works.

  • It is not fun stuff that is for sure! I sure hope I can find anything to help!

  • Not that I need to say this;I'm sure you will, never stop looking.

  • I have scoliosis and a busted tail bone along with NO curve in my neck (probably cause my back is so twisted) I am wondering how many folks are jacked up like me have tried the table?

  • Hopefully you can gather some good info. Good luck, sounds absolutely horrible!

  • Thanks for making this. I'm doing research into these tables and it's good to see some real experiences from real people.

    Cheers

  • Thanx 4 swinging by!

  • Those tables are so awesome. The first time i used it every bone in my back popped. got back up after about 2 minutes and i felt sooooo good

  • Same thing happened with my cuz...she looooves 'em! I wish it did me some good.

I don't know if it made me worse but something did...oh well!

  • I'm looking to buy a table for my husband, can you give me some tips/advice on the best tables out there.

  • I bought the one that could support my weight so that might be a concern. Also, I didn't realize how uncomfortable the ankle supports were...thought it was due to my weight but I had 2 females with no weight issues use it and their ankles were killing them as well. So, I recommend getting the gravity boots. It helps alleviate the ankle pains.

  • I have a twisted pelvis and a bulging disc and I think I have lost about a half an inch in height and am thinking about getting one of these but am not sure which one I should go for, I'm 23

  • I just purchased a Teeter EP 550 sport from EvolutionHealth because it includes gravity boots. This is way more comfortable on my ankles. I've noticed a huge difference from just a few days of use.

  • It's pretty incredible. I cud only get relief with full inversion...after a while that didn't matter either.

  • Q: After you do a session totally inverted, how long does the relief last?

  • Mine only lasted until I got upright again. Before I disconnected the boots my pain was back. Even after 20 mins/day for around a month straight.

Although, I don't believe everyone has the same situations that I do and many react differently.

  • I've had a chronic back condition for the last forty years, which results in pain in one or both legs, plus pain in the small of the back. A few nights ago, I was in misery, and couldn't sleep for the pain I was experiencing. Later the following day I was in a sporting goods store, and they had one of the Teeter inversion tables on display. I bought one, used it that evening, and got total relief. While it may not be the answer for everyone, it's definitely worth looking into.

  • Totally agree, especially for sciatica!! The way it pulls the vert apart and creates room for the nerves to freely move is amazing. Makes sense to me.

  • My table saved my life!!

  • Awesome for u!!! Happy 2 hear, wish I had same results.

  • I heard these can make you taller. Is that true anyone?

  • I bet. Physics, it actually separates ur vertebrae.

  • Great vid. Havent had much help from mine, but

will give it greater effort. I tend to be

pessimistic where my back pain is concerned.

    Steroids, prolo, PT, zip.

    Thanks, man.

  • Thanks for the review, ordered mine yesterday from Home Shopping Network. I found a 15% off coupon which saved me $44 and free shipping. Do a google search for HSN coupons, they also have the 5 payment flex pay for those of you that rather make 5 $50 payments without a credit check. I do cubicle work all day, and its taking a toll on my back, posture, and a good nights sleep. So hopefully the teeter will help prevent anymore damage.

  • Since u haven't ben diagnosed with any kind of degeneration u r probably on the way to even greater health than u already have.

  • Just got mine today.. Easy to control and use. Fear quickly faded after a couple tilts.

I have pain for 2 years, L5-S1. Cant carry anything up stairs, barely myself. Finally PT didnt work after 10 weeks. Trying this. Shot worked some 2 weeds ago.

I will try to evaluate the inversion bed on its own merits. First tilt seemed to help, definately elimated the pain during tilt. Hopefully it will help re-hydrate my disks and give my nerves some space.

  • I got no relief unless completely upside down locked. Although, it started killing me shortly after...I don't get it. Seems like a no brainer to me...frustrating!!

    The shots killed me...O M G!!!!

  • i've just brought mine today off ebay, i have a torn disc and a shallow disc l4/l5 and constant pain for four years unable to sit for long or stand still but got worse where couldn't walk for no more than 20 nminutes without having to lie down on back to relieve pressure, was gonna try steriod injection to numb my lower back then physio sent for me and suggested pilates and within 2 days the pain had gone

  • I heard in order to strap your feet in on these tables, you've got to bend over. Is this true? Bending is quite painful and scary for me (as it must be for many with lower back pain) so it would be nice if I didn't have to bend over to use this.

  • Yes u do. If the decompression works it's well worth it though.

  • You don't have to bend with the Teeter F9000 table. I've had mine for 3 weeks. Fantastic!

  • my back has been hurting so much for about 3 days tried every thing heat pads cold hot pills all that bull and my body said come try this and you won't be sorry dude i did 2 session maybe 3 mins each and bam i left thier relieved still a little pain but i'm getting one it's like magic i can't believe this products a real winner

  • I have 2 bulging disk and a bone spur. I went thru spinal decompression thru my chiro, and it helped lengthen my spine and relieve about 90% of my sciatica pain. Now I use an inversion table daily just for the sake of keeping all of my hips, upper, and lower back stretched, and it truly has made an difference.

  • My disc apparently is so far gone that decompression doesn't do anything. In fact, it got a whole lot worse.

  • Thanks for the video, I've been contemplating it.

  • I got mine a month ago out of the trading post for 100 dollars used. It is a teeter F6000/7000 . Absolutly love it and my back pain is history. Best money spent this year.Good luck with your back recovery. I hang out everyday for at least 10 mins.

  • I got up to 20 minutes or more a day.

  • Thanks for the video, I've been debating on whether or not to purchase one of these and this video sold me. Good luck with your back and to everyone else's. Later.

  • Thank you for making a video about your experiences. I will be buying this.

  • Thanks for your info. Good luck to your back man.

  • anyone here tried cupping or acupunture?

    it helps a lot!

  • I have tried both along with alphabiotics and it helped my muscles but my muscles weren't the problem. My muscles are still incredibly strong. The bone on bone pain is the horrible thing.

  • Hopefully the feet will strengthen over time. If you look at how Muay Thai boxers go, they seem to condition the shins and instep and all that okay.

  • cd, i have the same back issue, degenerative disc and a bulged disc in the same area. keep on trying the nversion when you have pain, but also do some back exercises to strengthen your back. the stronger your back AND abs = your core, the more stable you'll be, with less pain and you'll be able to be more active.
