Anyone like Kingdom hearts? Well just think about it... If kingdom hearts and PSO came together wouldn't it be like the best game ever made? I don't know what it is about this game. When I first started playing, I was so hooked on it. I just wanted to get to lv 200. Then when someone ruined it for me that it was the same 8 stages over and over again. (GC Version) And the repetitive gameplay. But I still loved the scenery, especially the awesome episode 2 scenery. Especially the mountain area. Now I have mixed emotions about the game. I can't tell anymore whether I really like it or not. But I still like watching others play.
@RedCrescentDemon yo i was feeling the same and you just sumed it all up for me. i wanna play this game but now i'm older and it's fun but i get so bored quickly but this was really the only game i loved playing. but i NEVER had online and i want it so badly... i heard it's so much better online... Jungle is better than mountain :P
@austbalitos I feel the same way. Never had online as well. Jungle is nice but the part I like about mountain is that area where you're standing on the silos, overlooking the sunset sparking sea. I always thought that scenery was very beautiful and romantic.

I'm a Level 111 Skyly Humar just started doing Ult Seaside area runs yesterday (WAY too weak for Tower runs), and the best thing I got from the 5 Gi Gues I killed was a Glorious Shield. Being that it's a 1/12604 drop, I highly doubt I'll be getting a Sealed J-Sword before 119.
I wouldn't say easier, but slightly less tedious... If you have PSO+, or an online account, you can unlock the Control Tower. You have to do a VERY annoying quest called "Seat of The Heart", though. When you finish that, there are two quests in which you can go to the Control Tower, called West Tower and East Tower.
At the Control Tower, there are Mericarols, Merikles, Mericus, Gibbles, Gi Gues, Recoboxes/Recons and two new monsters named Del Lily, and Ill Gill.
Anyway, in the East Tower, there are 8 Gi Gues. In the West Tower, there are 6 of them. So it's less tedious than doing Seaside runs, but it's a LOT more difficult, because there are lots of tough enemies there. Again, you can only do this Online or on PSO Plus. If you have neither, you're pretty much stuck doing Seaside runs.
i know it's been 3 months since you posted here, but my brother has a tsumikiri J-Sword, and he has a robotic hunter at lvl 108. im a whitill ranger at lvl 129, and found it at the ult. mines, and i gave it to him and like 4 hours later, it became unsealed.
The requirement to unseal the J-Sword is to kill 23,000 monsters. I don't think it's possible to kill 23,000 monsters within 4 hours. I'd think it would take at least 30 hours of nonstop gameplay at BEST to achieve those ends.
Also, the ONLY monster that drops the J-Sword is Gi Gue (1/12604 on Skyly, Ultimate), the giant bug monster in the Seaside area, and, in PSO+/Online, the Control Tower. Unless one of the people you were playing with at the time dropped it at some point.
i have that weapon lolz .. im like the only person that got the j sword out of gi gue without the intention of finding it.. just dumb luck suppose, the bastard just dropped it i was like wtfz... :o
I wish I could be lucky enough to find it at all, especially by accident. I've done 40+ Seaside runs, and the best thing I've gotten from all the Gi Gues I've killed was a Resta Lv. 30 disk... Awesome for Forces, but useless for Hunters.
When I gain a few more levels and an IMMENSE amount of patience, I'm going to try to do the "Seat of the Heart" quest with my Level 116 Skyly Humar so I can unlock the Tower and make my quest for an SJS slightly less insanely tedious.
if your talking about the gc version then its not the 99 pds its the items you multiply, like walking around with 99 trimates is a terrible idea.....my recommendation would be to not do any of the glitches until you need to, then once your done, get rid of all the extra items
its because psu needs way more content, pso was great because you had the excitment of finding an unknown rare every session if you got to ultimate, psu needs more quests and better ones so people stop running white beast for god sakes, plus more rares definitley
they took ttf away for quite awhile at one point, then they brought it back and back to the same old shit, id play through ep. 2 all the time though cause that was the funnest and it looked nice
i've been trying to get that from gi gue but i guess it's more likely impossible to get that with only very very low chances of geeting it... i only play offline though...
the SEALED J-SWORD can be found on Ultimate: Seaside Area.. from the Gi Gue... (bare in mind you have to be a Skyly and even so it is a 1/12500-odd chance of drop)
if i remember rightly.. A Skyly holding this blade has to kill 32,000 enemies whilst holding the SEALED J-SWORD to be able to unlock it's TSUMIKIRI power!
I'm happy my secondary character is a skly(first is an oran)because they get kick ass drops just like this. All I have to do is lvl him because he isonly lvl 73.
Just play the game, equip all your best items and don't focus on levels, pick an item that you really want, figure out how to get it from an enemy drop and go hunting :)

TSUMIKIRI J-SWORD has the coolest and ultimate special in the game. I have my special name for it which I call "EXPLOSION". It is better than the DARK FLOW's "POWER SLASH" skill. However the only way to obtain the ultimate skill is to fill your photon meter to 100%. I miss this game. Now to play it and use my sword ^^.
You find it in the Ultimate Control Center in Episode 2. Its in the Sea Side area (the beach). You have to kill the mini boss (Gi-Gue) and get lucky. Its like 1/14,000 or something.

How many times do I have to say, the only way that is not true is if you play it on the PC and have scripted it to do so. Check Blue Burst or PSO V2 for the PC. If traded it is scripted NOT TO WORK!

after 23.000 kills, (there is a counter on the weapon so don't worry if you equip other stuff) then a use option will apear for sure.

yeah, it took forever for me to find mine. Actually not really. on my 7th run of ET it dropped for me. lol
But it takes like 27,000 kills with it till you can get the "use" capability.
