Watch more live shows of her; she hasn't perfected her voice control yet, even as amazing as it is now. The other vocalists on there have, even if you think they sound worse.

i think for Britain Florence did us bloody proud, it was amazing for her to be up there, Ive support flo from the very start of her career and im never going to stop, shes fantastic and i personally think she showed America AGAIN that she's going to be the next best thing within the years to come. Compared to some of the other performers in this tribute, she IS pretty new. She's still trying to hone her own voice; she's admitted as much in an interview for her latest album. Watch more live shows of her; she hasn't perfected her voice control yet, even as amazing as it is now. The other vocalists on there have, even if you think they sound worse.

I like her voice alot better than Christina's or any of the other woman there. I know Christina did better than her, but I don't find her voice that pleasant....

i think for Britain Florence did us bloody proud, it was amazing for her to be up there, Ive support flo from the very start of her career and im never going to stop, shes fantastic and i personally think she showed America AGAIN that she's going to be the next best thing within the years to come. One grammys theres gonna be a Florence appreciation night ;)

except for Hudson, the rest are just shouting, no melody in the tone of voice at all, of course it bearable with the supporting instruments and the song itself, but i not surprise as people are nowadays practically tone-deaf to tones and voices any one with a mediocre voice can be consider great. ridiculous. we need to reclaim sweet voices listen to Steve wonder for example the voice alone carry the song, except for very few you cannot be absolve in any modern song

@kemi7689 I think the only one who's tone deaf here is you. If you think Florence Welch has no melody in her voice than I feel really sad for you. I really think you need to get your ears fixed, as well as maybe stop reminiscing about the long gone past. Stevie Wonder had his time...and now it's well over. If you can't learn to appreciate the few artists worth appreciating in this day and age, than you don't deserve to listen to these Goddesses sing.
