  • Snap city

  • I'm waiting for someone to try this and then they gona SNAP all there shit up.

  • @fenrigg1 I know that if I try this, I WILL snap my shit up, and really bad too.

  • nice vid man

  • Scary good! !!

  • what is the point of this? athletics aren't played in an unstable environment/ surface, this whole "functional training" craze is a joke, you want core strength, load a barbell up and squat it. the end.

  • @TheZEROBC - It's something new to try and explore to create superior balance for an athlete. I myself play football(defensive back) and all these core workouts helped me tremedously with body control and the ability to change direction on a dime. As for as the squat comment, I do squats weekly and I go heavy. It's always good to try new things to prevent yourself from hitting a plateau. I also box to improve my hand speed and eye cordination. I guess you don't do any cross training? #shrug.

  • @ReeseyPiecey34 yep definitly do cross training there bud

  • @TheZEROBC building stabilizers plays a huge role in sports... what sports do u play?.. any action sports? or do u think raw power is the only way to go? without balance and stability ur just a heavy brute on his way to the ground... do a year of no bulk strength training and learn what real power is...

  • @TheModelingGuru raw power is the basis for everything else to stem off of..without strength, you have no power or stability. I'm not trying to be that guy that disses everyones shit but c'mon here, heavy deadlifts, overhead presses, pullups, squats, clean/jerks, sprints, and playing your sport, your good to go, lets not try to reinvent the wheel here, thats all im saying.

  • @TheZEROBC the point is adaptation, if you do barbell squats and "the end" it, you will adapt and be tremendously weaker than someone who mixes new workouts into it. This exercise does a different workout for the same muscles involved in squats. Almost in the same way burning out does a different approach to the same muscles as a heavy lift does.

  • @iamLionman i agree with ya, which is why it's vital in your programming to switch your rep scheme and/or hit different variations of these main lifts, to a certain extent...These debates are great, as we both are very passionate about strength and conditioning.

  • Holy crap that's some major stability training...

  • we tried these at the studio... pretty good stuff bro. We got the ones you have on the video... and of course wanted to see how far we can take it - like a typical trainer ha tried adding a spiderman to it (one leg off and bring that knee to the elbow during the pushup) - yeah, got one and thats it ha...

  • nice pushups!

  • I've been working up to something very similar!! - Great work!

  • holy crap, you make it look easy...

  • wow

  • great job

  • @MalcolmFitness - Thanks.

  • can u post how you got on the equipment

  • @KobraKai2 - 1.) I placed the medicine balls on top of all BOSU balls. 2.) I then placed my hands on the medicine balls first. 3.) Then I placed one foot on the back of the BOSU/medicine ball and then the other. 4,) After I felt balanced, I started doing the pushups. The one leg move was hard though. Surprised myself with that one.

  • Unbelievable incredible what else can I say.....?!!!

  • nice balance

  • fuck

  • DAYUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

  • LMAO....BALLS

  • Very cool! Did something similar to this not too long ago, but getting 3 Bosus together is tough. LOL! Gonna have to try it at a larger gym during the day when nobody is using the Bosus so I can get 3 together.

  • - Cool deal man. Let me know when you try it out. It's a little tough to do with on leg lol.
