Isn't it something when music from a computer game evokes memories! I remember pre-ordering The Sims when I was at high school, aged 15. I was so excited when it finally arrived and had many late, late nights playing this on a school night. I'm now 27 and it feels like yesterday!

My God... so musch nostalgia right now. A true Sims player, in his early twenties, like me, knows that this was THE game. I still remeber coming from school, planning how to build a kick-ass house without that old cheating code :) Those were the days man. Forever live The Sims (1 of course!!).

Sims 1 on the Playstation 2 was amazing! Me and my sister used to always keep trading back to Sims 1 to Sims 2 for PS2 in Blockbusters. I miss those days. Building houses is way better on Sims 3 though. Better graphics, Possibilities. But I guess All Sims games give us hope that you can dream endless, have an amazing and perfect life. It helps us grow and learn. I want to be an Interior and Exterior designer now. Thanks Sims, and EA(:

@miguelazue95 They're all custom pieces made for the game I think. I don't know if you can get the music sheets for them. What I do is try to memorise how the tune goes and play it as I heard it. It's called playing by ear I cant see that well so I cant read music anyway. I realise that not everyone can play just by ear though. Maybe ask EA if they have the scores for thier music can't hurt can it?

This is sweet music to my ears. I remember being annoyed with the music when I was 12 because I spent a lot of time in build mode; but this is pure nostalgia! You have been ranting about them growing up many times, but as far as I see, the only difference between kids today and kids at our time is that they are more entangled with distractions. But as far a growing up, I dont see any more kids taking on mature decisions than they used to back in our days. So maybe your problem isnt kids growing up too fast, but rather them been too distracted and not focusing on things that do matter

I remember watching my older sister playing Sims, and she would spend all day building the house. I would always paint the walls all different colors and buy the craziest things they had, and thinking about it now I realize how ugly all my houses were, but when i was a kid i thought they were awesome.

I just played this game on my old DELL PC from 98. So different from the new games, the only Sims that aged were babies, to have a baby you had to make out or get a phone call for adoption, those spooky ass fortune phone calls saying dont leave the house, "rosebud" cheat code, satellites to get more channels, young Mortimer, Bella & Cassandra Goth, etc etc etc. Lost hours to this game...

Although sims 2 and 3 are fantastic and bigger and more varied i think with all the extras and the add ons and perfections from the original the second and third was diluted in charm and character although i played both a ridiculous amount !! Up thier with pokemon, pacman, tertris, sonic, mario galaxy, ff7 and all the other greatest games of all time !
